Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a display substrate, a related display motherboard, and a related display panel. The display substrate has a central region and a peripheral region surrounding the central region. The display substrate includes a substrate, a dielectric layer located on the substrate and including a first portion and a second portion arranged in sequence in a direction perpendicular to the substrate, a pad located within the peripheral region and on a surface of the second portion on a side away from the substrate, and a conductive sealing part located within the peripheral region and in the dielectric layer, wherein the conductive sealing part includes at least a first portion adjacent to the pad in a direction parallel to the substrate, and wherein the first portion of the conductive sealing part is covered by the second portion of the dielectric layer.

Abstract: A display device, an electronic device and a manufacturing method of a display device are disclosed. The display device includes a silicon-based organic light-emitting display panel, a heat dissipation film layer, and a flexible circuit board. The silicon-based organic light-emitting display panel includes a silicon substrate, a first electrode of a display component, an organic light-emitting layer, and a second electrode of the display component, which are stacked sequentially; the heat dissipation film layer is at a non-display side of the silicon-based organic light-emitting display panel; the flexible circuit board is at least partially at a side of the heat dissipation film layer away from the silicon-based organic light-emitting display panel; and the flexible circuit board is configured to transmit electrical signals to a gate drive circuit, a data drive circuit, and the second electrode of the display component.

Abstract: A display device and a method for manufacturing a display device are provided. The display device includes an array substrate and a cover plate. The array substrate is a silicon-based organic light-emitting diode array substrate. An orthographic projection of the array substrate in a plane parallel to the array substrate covers an orthographic projection of the cover plate in the plane, the orthographic projection of the array substrate includes a plurality of edges, the orthographic projection of the cover plate includes a plurality of edges, the plurality of edges of the array substrate are in one-to-one correspondence to the plurality of edges of the cover plate. At least two edges of the orthographic projection of the array substrate do not overlap with corresponding edges of the orthographic projection of the cover plate and are located outside the orthographic projection of the cover plate.
