摘要: A tablet dispenser includes a device body and a plurality of tablet cassettes disposed on one face of the device body. Each tablet cassette is capable of accommodating a plurality of types of tablets and of dispensing the tablets contained therein in a lateral direction. A plurality of chutes are in communication with the plurality of tablet cassettes. Each chute is disposed on the one face of the device body, adjacent to a corresponding tablet cassette. Each chute retains tablets dispensed from the corresponding tablet cassette and dispenses the tablets in a downward direction into a container.

摘要: The medicament dispensing machine enables to use vials having various sizes and shapes without changing a part in the machine or without performing a special operation. The medicament dispensing machine contains a discharging unit that receives a vial filled with a medicament from a medicament filling means and discharges out of a vial discharging window. The discharging unit contains a vial gripping means having a pair of gripping arms that grip a vial, a body of gripping means having the vial gripping means, a moving means that moves the vial gripping means from the medicament filling means to the vial discharging window, and an orientation changing mechanism that changes the orientation of the body of gripping means. With a coordination of the movement of the body of gripping means toward the vial discharging window, the orientation changing mechanism makes the gripping arms orient to the vial discharging window.

摘要: This invention aims at providing a medicine filling device which can supply the vial container in a smooth manner without getting caught in the vial supply means designed to supply the empty vial container, before filling the drug. The supply means 60 has the structure that the vial container can pass in it and the vial container passage 68. The vial container passage 68 has the passage width goes on tapering from the region on the upper end side towards the region on the lower end side. The vial container passage 68 also has the inner wall surface 62 a, 62 b and 62 c. The vial container passage 68 has the passage portion 68 b being steeper than the inclination of the inner wall surface 62 a and the taper ratio of the passage portion 68 b being smaller than the taper ratio of the passage width in the receiving portion 62. Therefore, the center of gravity of the vial container exceeds the border of the receiving portion 62 a and the passing portion 62 b, the posture of the vial container switches to the standing state.

摘要: A compact tablet storage and take-out apparatus capable of quickly discharging and filing tablets. The tablet storage and take-out apparatus includes: a cylindrical drum; a drum driving device; a plurality of tablet cassette mounting bases fitted to an outer surface of the drum; tablet cassettes which are detachably mounted on the tablet cassette mounting bases; and a guide passage for guiding discharged tablets inside the drum. Moreover, the apparatus includes a transfer robot provided inside the drum so as to be liftable and also rotatable. The transfer robot is operable to transfers a vial between a delivery position located outside an opening formed in an upper end or a lower end of the drum and a tablet filling position. The position of at least one of the drum and the transfer robot is controlled so that an opening of the vial held by the transfer robot agrees with an outlet of the guide passage.

摘要: The present invention provides a compact tablet storage and take-out apparatus capable of quickly discharging and filing tablets. The tablet storage and take-out apparatus includes: a cylindrical drum; drum driving means; a plurality of tablet cassette mounting bases (341) which are fitted to an outer surface of the drum; tablet cassettes which are detachably mounted on the tablet cassette mounting bases; and a guide passage which guides inside the drum tablets discharged from the tablet cassettes. Moreover, the apparatus includes: a transfer robot which is provided inside the drum so as to be liftable and also rotatable, and which transfers the vial held by arms between a delivery position located outside an opening formed in an upper end or a lower end of the drum and a tablet filling position where the tablets discharged through the guide passage are filled. The position of at least one of the drum and the transfer robot is controlled so that an opening of the vial held by the transfer robot agrees with an outlet of the guide passage.

摘要: Provided is an electromagnetic relay which does not require a braided wire for securing a current capacity of a main contact unit. The electromagnetic relay includes a main contact unit 2 A inserted into a power supply path to a load and an arc contact unit 3 A connected in parallel to the main contact unit 2A. An auxiliary contact unit 4 is electrically independent of the main contact unit 2 A and the arc contact unit 3A. The main contact unit 2 A includes a main fixed contact 27 fixed to a frame body 1 and a main contact spring 23 made of a leaf spring and fitted with a main mobile contact 25 which is attached to and detached from the main fixed contact 27. The arc contact unit 3 A and the auxiliary contact unit 4 are arranged adjacent to each other. The main contact spring 23 extends in a direction in which the arc contact unit 3 A and the auxiliary contact unit 4 are arranged. Therefore, the main contact spring 23 can be formed with a large length in the frame body 1 and the sectional area can be enhanced without increasing a spring constant, thereby not requiring a braided wire.
