摘要: Disclosed is a handover method for an IP-based next generation mobile communication system. With a handover method including 1) determining whether or not a predetermined mobile terminal goes into the overlapping area; 2) starting a Layer 3 (L3) handover operation between the neighboring access routers as the mobile terminal goes into the overlapping area; 3) if the Layer 3 handover operation between the neighboring access routers is completed, establishing a data path for the mobile terminal to pass through an access router after the Layer 3 handover; 4) if the mobile terminal leaves a cell area including the mobile terminal in steps 2) and 3), performing by the mobile terminal Layer 2 handover between cells and receiving by the mobile terminal data through a cell base station after the Layer 2 handover and an access router before the Layer 3 handover; and 5) if the mobile terminal leaves a cell area including the mobile terminal after step 3), performing by the mobile terminal Layer 2 handover between cells and receiving by the mobile terminal data through a cell base station after the Layer 2 handover and an access router after the Layer 3 handover.

摘要: Disclosed is a method of forming access routers into a virtual-IP zone in a Hierarchical Mobile IP (HMIP) system. The method includes reporting a higher-than-threshold state message to a mobility anchor point by each access router if the number of mobile nodes located in its region and the number of mobile nodes being handed over exceed a predetermined threshold; the mobility anchor point sending a virtual-IP zone forming command for grouping access routers into one group to the access routers if a state report message indicating a higher-than-threshold state is received; and the access routers receiving the virtual-IP zone forming command simulcasting an identical virtual-IP zone's network prefix included in the virtual-IP zone forming command, for grouping.

摘要: In a wireless communication system, a BS transmits first resource allocation information common to all MSs at every predetermined first time point of a first period, and transmits second resource allocation information dedicated to each of the MSs at every predetermined second time point of a second period shorter than the first period, within the first period. An MS receives the first resource allocation information at every first predetermined time point of the first period, and receives second resource allocation information dedicated to the MS at a second time point of the second period predetermined for the MS by analyzing the first resource allocation information.

摘要: A channel allocation method in a BS that communicates on at least two channels in a wireless communication system is provided. The BS receives information related to the data rates of the available channels from the MSs within its cell area, calculates the variance of the data rates for each channel, arranges the channels according to the variances, and allocates the channels in the arranged order to the MSs to satisfy the required data rates of the traffic for the MSs.

摘要: An organic electroluminescence (EL) device including an electron transport layer formed between a pair of electrodes, wherein the electron transport layer contains 50˜99.9 wt % of alcohol-soluble polymer and 0.1˜50 wt % of electron transporting material. In the EL device according to the present invention, the electron transport layer can be formed through a spin-coating without damage to the light-emitting layer. Thus, the manufacture process for the organic EL device is simplified, and the time and cost required for the manufacture are reduced.

摘要: A wireless network using network coding, and a method of adaptively adjusting buffering time in the wireless network, are provided. A communication method of a cross node in a wireless network, includes determining information associated with a number of hops between a source node and the cross node, and/or a number of hops between the cross node and a destination node. The method further includes adaptively adjusting a buffering time at the cross node based on the information. The method further includes buffering a packet received by the cross node based on the adjusted buffering time. The method further includes performing network coding of the buffered packet and another packet.
