    摘要: To provide a floating connector wherein strengths against pull-out forces in the height direction are high and both housings are resistant to separation, the slide housing slides in any direction perpendicular to the height direction to reliably absorb the deviation in the position of the floating connector in relation to that of the counterpart connector without resulting in any defective contact with the counterpart contacts nor buckling of the contacts, the floating connector can be produced easily, and the floating connector has a high self-supportability through setting an appropriate rigidity of the contacts. It is a floating connector wherein the connecting parts of the contacts are pressed into the base housing, the contacting parts of the contacts are pressed into the slide housing, and both housings are so related to each other by means of protruding parts protruding in the width direction and grooves into which the protruding parts are inserted that both housings can slide in any directions perpendicular to the height direction.

    摘要: A connecting structure for a shielded cable having a braid is disclosed. The connecting structure includes a cable insertion hole, a hollow pressure member, a shield connection member, and a hollow bolt. The cable insertion hole includes a female threaded part and a shield connection part having an inclined surface. The hollow pressure member is inserted into the shield connection part of the cable insertion hole and the shielded cable passes through the hollow pressure member. The shield connection member is connected to the braid of the shielded cable and has an inclined part. The shield connection member is inserted into the cable insertion hole such that the inclined part is disposed between the inclined surface of the shield connection part and the hollow pressure member. The shielded cable passes through the hollow bolt and the hollow bolt is threaded into the female threaded part of the cable insertion hole. When the hollow bolt is tightened to press the hollow pressure member, the hollow pressure member in turn presses the inclined part of the shield connection member against the inclined surface of the shield connection part to electrically connect the braid to the cable insertion hole.

    摘要: A connector for an electric vehicle in which a bus bar connecting portion of a terminal is secured and connected, in parallel, to a plate-like bus bar arranged in either a vertical or horizontal orientation. In the connector, a connector housing has a terminal accommodating chamber in the form of a substantially cylindrical space, and a rotation-preventing face is provided on the inner wall of the terminal accommodating chamber to radially and inwardly protrude from the inner wall. A body portion of the terminal is formed into a rod to be fitted into the terminal accommodating chamber. The bus bar connecting portion in the form of a plate, with a width equal to an outer diameter of the body portion, is extended from the rear end of the body portion. Two slants are formed on the body portion by partially removing the body portion along two planes intersecting perpendicularly to each other. The slants selectively abut against the rotation-preventing face when the terminal is inserted into the terminal accommodating chamber.
