    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for multiplexing high priority uplink control information (UCI) and low priority UCI on a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH). A method includes determining a total number of resource blocks to transmit encoded UCI bits based on a quantized payload size of a second one or more encoded UCI bits of a second priority and a non-quantized payload size of a first one or more encoded UCI bits of a first priority. The method generally includes mapping the second one or more encoded UCI bits to a first number of resource elements associated with the quantized payload size and the first one or more encoded UCI bits to a second number of REs and transmitting the encoded UCI bits in a PUCCH in accordance with the mapping.

    Abstract: Aspects relate to a scheduling entity allocating a group of scheduled entities with resources that define an uplink channel, transmitting an uplink cancellation indication (ULCI) to the group of scheduled entities identifying at least some resource blocks and OFDM symbols in the allocated resources that are canceled for use as the uplink channel, obtaining a processing time of a scheduled entity, where the scheduled entity may use the processing time to process a command from the scheduling entity, the processing time is based on a reference subcarrier spacing (SCS) that may be less than or equal to a downlink SCS of a downlink channel carrying the ULCI, and waiting at least the processing time before utilizing the at least some resource blocks and OFDM symbols for a purpose other than the uplink channel. A scheduled entity receives the ULCI and may process the ULCI after expiry of the processing time.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described in which a user equipment (UE) may provide a feedback message to a base station that includes a feedback report that indicates successful or unsuccessful receipt of multiple downlink transmissions, and also includes an indication of a number of unsuccessful receipts that are due to unsuccessful receipt of data channel communications. The indication of the number of unsuccessful receipts of data channel transmissions may be provided as a binary representation of the total number, or may be provided as a quantized value in which each quantized point is associated with a certain number of unsuccessfully received data channel transmissions.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. In some systems, a user equipment (UE) may receive one or more signals indicating first and second uplink messages that at least partially overlap in time. The first uplink message may be associated with a first set of parameters and a first quantity of antenna ports and the second uplink message may be associated with a second set of parameters and a second quantity of antenna ports. The UE may transmit the first and second uplink messages using a third set of scheduling parameters based on a sum of the first quantity and the second quantity of antenna ports being greater than a quantity of available radio frequency (RF) chains at the UE. The third set of scheduling parameters may be associated with a third quantity of antenna ports that is less than the sum of the first and second quantities.
