Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a wireless node may receive a plurality of sets of parameters for uplink transmit power control configuration; select a set of parameters, from the plurality of sets of parameters, based at least in part on a configuration of an uplink communication; select one or more parameters from the set of parameters based at least in part on the configuration of the uplink communication; and transmit the uplink communication in accordance with the one or more parameters. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: In some aspects, a network node may determine a connection identifier associated with transmitting data to a decoder node via multiple paths, wherein the connection identifier is associated with a single radio bearer of a user equipment (UE); encode a first portion of data into first packets and second packets; transmit the first packets and the connection identifier to the decoder node via a first path; transmit the second packets and the connection identifier to the decoder node via a second path; receive a response from the decoder node, wherein the response includes the connection identifier; and transmit, to the decoder node and based at least in part on the response, one of: third packets, encoded from the first portion of data, and the connection identifier, or one or more sets of packets, encoded from a second portion of data, and the connection identifier.

Abstract: Aspects herein relate to inter-cell interference randomization between two or more cells. For example, a network entity may determine a cell identifier associated with the network entity and perform at least one of an interleaving, rate-matching, or resource element mapping on at least one codeword based on the cell identifier. The network entity may further communicate with a user equipment (UE) in accordance with performing at least one of the interleaving, rate-matching, or resource element mapping on the at least one codeword. In another example, a UE may receive a message from a network entity on a communication channel and identify a cell identifier associated with the network entity. The UE may further perform at least one of a de-interleaving, de-rate-matching, or resource element de-mapping on the message based on the cell identifier.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A transmitting device may identify a first channel group comprising a first radio bearer and a second channel group comprising a set of second radio bearers. In some examples, the first channel group further comprising a one-to-one mapping between the first radio bearer and a first channel of a backhaul network and the second channel group comprising a many-to-one mapping between the set of second radio bearers and a second channel of the backhaul network. The transmitting device may transmit a first packet on the first channel of the first channel group of the backhaul network, the first packet comprising a mapping indicator set to a first value and a first identifier associated with the first channel of the first channel group.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for sidelink wireless communications are described in which a user equipment (UE), such as a vehicle UE, that supports full-duplex communications may transmit a sidelink control channel during a set of time resources including scheduling information for a subsequent transmission by the UE via a first set of resources. The UE may receive a sidelink control channel during the set of time resources from a second UE that may support full-duplex communications or half-duplex communications. The sidelink control channel may include scheduling information for a subsequent transmission via a second set of time-frequency resources that at least partially overlaps with the first set of time-frequency resources. The first UE may determine that a collision will occur and may perform a resource selection procedure or may transmit a request for the second device to perform the resource selection procedure.

Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods are provided for a base station (BS) to configure initial sweeping with one or more repeaters. For example, a BS may determine a sweeping configuration based on any combination of measurement reports from the repeater and/or received information on the capabilities or category of the repeater. Capabilities can include codebook information, repeater's architecture, beam switching latency, synchronization level, and/or the like. Measurement reports may be transmitted by and/or between a repeater to a BS following an initial connection setup between a repeater and a BS. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.
