    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive, at a second protocol layer of the UE and from a first protocol layer of the UE, the second protocol layer being lower than the first protocol layer, an indication of one or more quality of service parameters associated with a data packet to be transmitted by the UE. The UE may identify, from the one or more quality of service parameters, directional coverage information associated with the data packet, the directional coverage information indicative of one or more transmission directions in which the data packet is to be transmitted. The UE may transmit the data packet in accordance with at least the directional coverage information of the one or more quality of service parameters.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, the described techniques at a user equipment (UE) provide for efficiently falling back to a half-duplex mode from a full-duplex mode when a level of interference is high. In particular, the UE may measure the level of interference at the UE (e.g., caused at least partially by self-interference between transmissions and receptions at the UE), and the UE may fall back to a half-duplex mode if the level of interference is above a threshold. In one example, the UE may transmit channel state information (CSI) reference signals (CSI-RSs) on resources allocated for interference measurements, and the UE may perform measurements on the CSI-RSs to identify a level of interference. In another example, the UE ay transmit a data packet on resources allocated for interference measurements, and the UE may decode the data packet to identify a level of interference.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, an encoder device may transmit a network coded sidelink retransmission that is associated with a set of transport blocks (TBs), the set of TBs associated with one or more sidelink transmissions. The encoder device may receive, from one or more user equipments (UEs), first feedback information, associated with the network coded sidelink retransmission, that indicates whether the one or more UEs successfully decoded the set of TBs. The encoder device may transmit, to a base station, second feedback information associated with the network coded sidelink retransmission that is based at least in part on the first feedback information.     Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus, and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for sidelink resource selection with AD usage awareness. A UE may receive, from one or more ANs, one or more resource usage schedules associated with one or more ADs in communication with the one or more ANs. The UE may combine the one or more resource usage schedules associated with the one or more ADs into a combined resource usage schedule. The usages may be associated with the combined resource usage schedule, which may be indicative of excluded resources for a transmission of the UE. The UE may transmit, based on the combined resource usage schedule, the transmission of the UE on a resource other than the excluded resources.
