Abstract: This disclosure provides a beam information indication method and an apparatus. The terminal device obtains reference domain information of a plurality of beams and a first offset corresponding to each moment, to update beam domain information, where the first offset indicates an offset of domain information of the plurality of beams relative to the reference domain information of the plurality of beams. In technical solutions provided in this disclosure, domain information of the plurality of beams can be updated with low signaling overheads. Abstract: A polar encoding and decoding method and apparatus are provided. The method includes: obtaining K to-be-encoded bits; selecting K sequence numbers from a first sequence, where the to-be-encoded bits are placed on polar channels corresponding to the K sequence numbers; and performing polar code encoding on the K to-be-encoded bits to obtain encoded bits, where the first sequence includes sequence numbers of N polar channels, and the first sequence is one or a subsequence of a related sequence. This technical solution is applicable to a short message communication system of a BeiDou satellite. The method can effectively improve performance of the communication system and reduce complexity.

Abstract: A driving control method and apparatus are provided. The method may be applied to the intelligent vehicle field such as intelligent driving/automatic driving. The driving control method includes, after calculating a conventional path in a conventional map, the driving control apparatus searches a high-definition map for a high-definition path that matches the conventional path, and if yes, performs real-time navigation broadcast by using the conventional path, and performs automatic driving by using the found high-definition path. The driving control method and apparatus use advantages of the conventional map, for example, rich road sections and updated real-time traffic information, a more proper calculated conventional path, and a better effect of real-time navigation broadcast, and implement automatic vehicle driving by using a high-definition path, to reduce user operations, thereby improving user experience.
