    Abstract: Apparatuses and methods for indications of CLPC reset are described. An apparatus is configured to receive, from a network node, a MAC-CE or DCI that includes an indication of closed loop power control (CLPC) reset information. The apparatus is also configured to reset or maintain a CLPC adjustment state in response to receiving the indication of the CLPC reset information in the MAC-CE or the DCI. Another apparatus is configured to receive, from a network node, information for CLPC at the UE, where the information for CLPC indicates that a CLPC adjustment state is unaffected during a configuration for OLPC or a random-access at the UE. The other apparatus is also configured to maintain the CLPC adjustment state at the UE, during OLPC configuring or a random-access procedure at the UE, based on the information for CLPC received from the network node.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a network node, a configuration for applying weighted averaging to layer 1 (L1) reference signal received power (RSRP) measurements. The UE may receive, from the network node, a plurality of reference signals during a period of time, the plurality of reference signals being quasi-co-located with each other. The UE may obtain weighted averaged L1 RSRP measurements associated with the plurality of reference signals based at least in part on the configuration, the weighted averaged L1 RSRP measurements being available as input to a machine learning (ML) model for beam prediction.     Abstract: A method of wireless communication by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a configuration for switching between a full frequency bandwidth slot in a half duplex mode, and a partial frequency bandwidth slot in a subband based base station full duplex (SBFD) mode. The full frequency bandwidth slot is for uplink communications or downlink communications. The partial frequency bandwidth slot is for the uplink communications corresponding to an uplink subband or for downlink communications corresponding to at least one downlink subband.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some examples, a first user equipment (UE) may receive an active communication configuration between the first UE and a base station. The first UE may receive a UE cooperation configuration between at least the first UE and a second UE. The UE cooperation configuration may include a configuration for communicating messages between the base station and a set of antenna panels corresponding to at least the first UE and the second UE as a single entity.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a base station, a capability report that includes an indication of a maximum number of reference signal resources within a transmission time interval (TTI) for which the UE supports channel state information (CSI) reporting. The maximum number of reference signal resources may be based on a capability for supporting joint CSI reporting for both a downlink and an uplink. The UE may receive, from the base station, a report configuration in response to the capability report. Subsequently, the base station may transmit reference signals to the UE, which the UE may use to determine CSI for both the downlink and the uplink. The UE may then transmit, to the base station, a CSI report including the CSI for both the downlink and the uplink, in accordance with the report configuration.
