Abstract: A target tracking method, including: acquiring a video stream of a preset acquisition region; performing target detection on tth video frame of the video stream, and determining a first candidate box of the candidate target in the tth video frame; ranking the candidate targets, according to a confidence of the candidate target and a first intersection over union between the first candidate boxes of respective candidate targets, and determining a candidate target in at least one matched rank; performing at least one matching on the candidate target in the at least one matched rank, respectively, according to a set of trackers of the video stream in (t−1)th state and a preset matching strategy, and determining a target tracking result of the tth video frame; and determining a tracking trajectory of the target in the video stream according to the target tracking results of the T video frames.

Abstract: A system for registering an item stored in a shopping cart, includes a terminal attachable to the shopping cart and one or more cameras attached to the shopping cart and positioned to face an opening of the shopping cart through which an item is put therein by a customer. Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods, apparatus, systems, and computer program products for using an image of an integrated circuit (IC) including a plurality of cells to locate one or more target cells within the IC. Accordingly, in various embodiments, a footprint for each cell of the plurality of cells is encoded to transform the image of the IC into a two-dimensional string matrix. A string search algorithm is then applied on each encoded dopant region found in the two-dimensional string matrix using an encoded target layout cell to identify one or more candidate regions of interest within the image. Finally, a mask window is slid over each candidate region of interest while performing matching using match criteria to identify any target cells in the one or more target cells that are located within the candidate region of interest.

Abstract: A method of detecting vessels is described. A vessel is detected if a match exists between an object detection from each of two or more detectors 100, based on data obtained by the two or more detectors 100, which are selected from: an RF antenna 102; a light sensor 104; a radar detector 106; and an Automatic Identification System receiver 108. A method for detecting the presence of vessels at night is also described. The method comprises detecting a plurality of blobs within image data, applying an image mask to the image data to remove regions of the image data that are associated with having static objects and to retain the remaining portions of the image data, identifying one or more clusters of the detected plurality of blobs within the retained image data, and determining the presence of one or more vessels based on the one or more identified clusters.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media for digital fingerprinting of media content. The system does this by normalizing and pre-processing the media content into a standard format, then generating fingerprints for image, audio, and/or video aspects of the media. These fingerprints are mathematical vectors generated using one or more techniques, such as perceptual hashes coupled with machine learning. Once the fingerprints for new content is generated, the system can compare those fingerprints to fingerprints of known content to determine if the new content contains prohibited content.
