Abstract: The disclosure relates to methods, devices, and systems for wireless communications. In some wireless communications systems, a base station may transmit a multicast message to a group of user equipment (UEs), and the UEs may provide feedback for the multicast message. In some implementations, the base station may configure the UEs to transmit feedback for multicast messages. In some example, the UEs may transmit group-negative acknowledgment (NACK) feedback information for multicast messages that are not successfully received at the UEs. In some other examples, each UE may be configured with UE-specific uplink control channel resources for transmitting hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback for a multicast message. In some implementations, a UE may support feedback for both unicast and multicast messages. The semi-static codebook for unicast, multicast, or both may account for whether the UE is capable of concurrently receiving unicast and multicast messages in a slot.

Abstract: Aspects described herein relate to retransmission implementations in new radio (NR) wireless communication systems. In one aspect, a network entity may initially perform a multicast transmission and then a multicast retransmission according to a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process. In another aspect, a user equipment (UE) may initially receive a multicast transmission from a network entity and a subsequent multicast transmission according to a HARQ process. In an additional aspect, a network entity may initially perform a multicast transmission and then a subsequent unicast retransmission according to a HARQ process. In yet another aspect, a UE may initially receive a multicast transmission from a network entity and a subsequent unicast transmission according to a HARQ process.

Abstract: A method for obtaining flight path information comprises: receiving, at a network entity, a capability report indicating a capability of a UE to report a flight path of the UE; and transmitting, from the network entity, a flight path report message that requests the UE to provide: partial-path reporting by reporting first flight path information indicative of a portion of the flight path of the UE that is less than all of the flight path; or triggered reporting by reporting second flight path information in response to occurrence of a trigger event, the second flight path information indicative of at least some of the flight path of the UE; or differential reporting by reporting third flight path information indicative of a difference between a present flight path of the UE and a previous flight path of the UE; or any combination thereof.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described for processing downlink control information (DCI) for scheduling multiple cells. A user equipment (UE) may receive indications of a resource set (e.g., one or more search spaces) for downlink control signaling. The resource set may include a first set of candidates for DCI that supports multi-cell scheduling (e.g., cross-cell scheduling) for a set of cells, and multiple second sets of candidates for DCI that supports single-cell scheduling of a respective cell (e.g., self-scheduling, cross-carrier scheduling). The UE may monitor the resource set for DCI that schedules communications (e.g., uplink communications, downlink communications, or both) via the set of cells based on the indications of the resource set. The UE may receive one or more instances of DCI, and communicate via at least one of the cells of the set based on the received one or more instances of DCI.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine, for a plurality of carriers in a cross-carrier scheduling scenario, whether a quantity of downlink control information (DCI) sizes for a set of DCIs that the UE monitors satisfies a threshold, wherein the threshold is a per scheduling cell per scheduled cell threshold or a per scheduled cell threshold. The UE may selectively perform a DCI size alignment procedure to adjust a DCI size configuration based at least in part on whether the quantity of DCI sizes satisfies the threshold. The UE may monitor for the set of DCIs based at least in part on the DCI size configuration. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Embodiments include systems, methods, and devices for radio resource allocation to support multicast services in a network, such as a Fifth Generation (5G) New Radio (NR)(5G NR), etc. In some embodiments, the methods may be performed by a processor of the base station. In some embodiments, the methods may be performed by a processor of a wireless device. Various embodiments may include configuring two or more downlink (DL) frequency resources for multicast communication within a carrier bandwidth. Various embodiments may include selecting a DL frequency resource for multicast communication of the two or more DL frequency resources for multicast communication to monitor for transmission of multicast data from a base station based at least in part on an active DL bandwidth part (BWP) of a wireless device.
