Abstract: Disclosed is an integrated circuit, which includes a DTC block including DTCs, receiving a first reference signal and a first division signal, and outputting a second reference signal and a second division signal based on the first reference signal, the first division signal, and control codes, a TDC comparing phases of the second reference signal and the second division signal and outputting a comparison signal, a digital loop filter filtering the comparison signal, an oscillator generating an output signal based on the filtered comparison signal, a delta-sigma modulator outputting a first signal and a quantized noise signal based on first and second division ratio signals, a divider dividing a frequency of the output signal based on the first signal and outputting the first division signal, and a probability modulator generating the control codes based on the quantized noise signal. Probability density functions of the control codes are time-invariant.

Abstract: In a method of manufacturing a highly stretchable three-dimensional (3D) percolated conductive nano-network structure, a 3D nano-structured porous elastomer including patterns distributed in a periodic network is formed. A surface of the 3D nano-structured porous elastomer is changed to a hydrophilic state. A polymeric material is conformally adhered on the surface of the 3D nano-structured porous elastomer. The surface of the 3D nano-structured porous elastomer is wet by infiltrating a conductive solution in which a conductive material is dispersed. A 3D percolated conductive nano-network coupled with the 3D nano-structured porous elastomer is formed by evaporating a solvent of the conductive solution and removing the polymeric material.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method and system for enhancing document reliability to enable a given document to receive higher reliability from a reader. A method for enhancing document reliability according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: when a document is input by a user, generating a correction candidate set for each sentence of the input document; predicting a reliability distribution for each of the generated correction candidate set and the input document; and enhancing reliability of the input document via a plurality of enhancement schemes based on a standard deviation and a mean of the predicted reliability distribution.

Abstract: A method for the large-scale synthesis of a zeolite-templated carbon (ZTC). The method includes the steps of: introducing a bed material comprising a zeolite to a fluidized bed reactor and heating the bed material to a temperature between 550° C. and 800° C.; fluidizing the bed material with a fluidizing gas and maintaining the temperature of the bed material between 550° C. and 800° C.; introducing an organic carbon precursor while fluidizing the zeolite for a period of time such that carbon is deposited on the zeolite by chemical vapor deposition to produce a zeolite-carbon composite; and treating the zeolite-carbon composite with an acid solution such that the zeolite template is dissolved and the ZTC is obtained.
