    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. Some wireless communications systems may support a user equipment (UE) receiving, from a network entity, control information that schedules the UE to transmit a set of channel state information (CSI) reports during overlapping windows of time, based on measurements of respective sets of reference signals. The UE may transmit, to the network entity and during the overlapping windows of time, a prioritized CSI report from the set of CSI reports in accordance with a priority rule. The priority rule may define respective priorities for each CSI report of the set of CSI reports. The respective priorities may be based on the respective sets of reference signals being associated with a serving cell for the UE, one or more candidate serving cells for the UE, or both.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) are described. A UE may receive control signaling configuring periodic resources for receiving semi-persistent scheduled downlink transmissions and may receive a control message indicating a change to a transmission time interval format. The UE may identify a conflict for a symbol period between uplink transmission of feedback for a first semi-persistent scheduled downlink transmission and downlink reception based on the change to the transmission time interval format. The UE may then transmit, in an uplink shared channel resource of the transmission time interval format that differs from the symbol period, an uplink message including uplink data multiplexed with the feedback based on the conflict.

    Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer program products for PHY priority for wireless communications are provided. An example apparatus may multiplex a first uplink control information transmission based on a first uplink control information resource and a second uplink control information transmission based on a second uplink control information resource that overlaps in time with the first uplink control information resource, at least one of the first uplink control information resource and the second uplink control information resource being for full-duplex communication. The example apparatus may determine, based on applying a multiplexing rule on the full-duplex communication, whether to use the first uplink control information resource associated with a first beam or the second uplink control information resource associated with a second beam. The example apparatus may transmit a multiplexed uplink control information transmission using a determined uplink control information resource based on the multiplexing rule.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some examples, the described techniques can be used to perform beam management procedures using a selected configuration of a plurality of configurations, which enables adaptation to changing numbers of channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) resources. Adapting to changing numbers of CSI-RS resources may enable the network to perform dynamic antenna adaptation, thereby changing the number of active spatial elements used to transmit the CSI-RS resources. Furthermore, signaling the selected configuration enables the network node to change the number of CSI-RS resources at a user equipment (UE) without explicitly reconfiguring the CSI-RS resource set. In some aspects, the UE may determine a configuration including a number of CSI-RS resources using a mapping between the configuration and a configuration of a number of CSI-RS resources for CSI measurement, which enables the UE to determine the selected configuration.
