Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an array substrate and a driving method thereof, a display panel and a display device. The array substrate comprises: a plurality of gate scanning lines extending in a first direction, a plurality of data lines extending in a second direction and detection signal lines, where the data lines and the gate scanning lines are crossed to define a plurality of pixel circuits arranged in an array. The pixel circuits comprise: first transistors, second transistors, driving transistors, capacitors, and light emitting devices, and in the same pixel circuit, the first transistor and the second transistor are electrically connected to different gate scanning lines.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a shift register unit and a threshold voltage compensation method thereof, a driving circuit and a display apparatus. The shift register unit includes a cascaded output circuit coupled to a pull-up node, a clock signal input terminal, and a cascaded signal output terminal. The shift register unit is configured to transmit a clock signal from the clock signal input terminal to the cascaded signal output terminal under control of the pull-up node. A compensation circuit has a voltage output terminal coupled to the pull-up node, and is configured to provide an output voltage signal through the voltage output terminal during a blanking phase of a frame. The output voltage signal drives reverse drift of a threshold voltage of the cascaded output circuit.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and a device for detecting a threshold voltage drift of a transistor in a pixel circuit, which are used for detecting the threshold voltage drift of the transistor to be detected in the pixel circuit. The transistor to be detected is at least one of the driving transistor and the detection transistor. The detection method comprises: inputting, during an inputting stage, a first turning-on voltage to the second scanning terminal, so as to turn on the detection transistor, enabling writing a first voltage into the second node through the detection signal terminal; inputting, during a detection stage, a first turning-off voltage to the second scanning terminal, so as to turn off the detection transistor, thereby detecting an actual voltage at the second node; and determining a state of the threshold voltage drift of the transistor to be detected according to the actual voltage and the first voltage.
