    Abstract: An apparatus receives at least one scheduling grant scheduling transmission on a first data channel and further scheduling a second data channel. The apparatus reduces a transmit power for the transmission on the first data channel with a first beam when a radio frequency (RF) exposure event occurs. The apparatus increases, after the RF exposure event occurs, a transmit power for the transmission on the second data channel with a second beam. The apparatus transmits an RF exposure report associated with at least one of the first data channel or the first beam to the base station.

    Abstract: A method for wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a reference signal (RS) configuration from a first base station. The RS configuration indicates an RS identifier (ID) of an RS associated with a second base station. The method also includes receiving the RS from the second base station based on receiving the RS configuration. The method further includes transmitting, to the first base station, an interference measurement report associated with receiving the RS from the second base station. The interference measurement report indicates the RS ID associated with the RS from the second base station.

    Abstract: Example implementations include a method, apparatus and computer-readable medium of wireless communication at a user equipment, including receiving on a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) during a first PDCCH monitoring occasion a first downlink control information (DCI) that schedules a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) for each of at least two component carriers, wherein the DCI includes a counter downlink assignment index (DAI) that indicates a number of scheduled PDSCHs up to a point that the first DCI was received and a total DAI indicating a number of scheduled PDSCHs across the at least two component carriers.     Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatuses for transmission of synchronization signal blocks (SSBs) using adjusted transmit powers. In one aspect, a power offset may be configured for one or more sets of SSBs. The power offset may be configured to be applied for a set of SSBs based on a duplexing mode of one or more of a transmitter wireless node (that transmits an SSB) or a receiver wireless node (that receives the SSB). The duplexing mode may be based on whether the transmitter receiver node or the wireless receiver node is operating in a full-duplex mode or may be based on a resource configuration associated with a resource used to transmit the SSB. Some techniques and apparatuses described herein also provide signaling to support the transmission of SSBs using adjusted transmit powers, and techniques for receiving and processing SSBs that use adjusted transmit powers.
