    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an LTPS array substrate and a method for manufacturing the same. The method includes forming a polysilicon pattern by a first mask process; performing a doping treatment on the polysilicon pattern and forming a gate electrode by a second mask process; forming a source electrode through-hole and a drain electrode through-hole and a pixel electrode by a third mask process; forming a source electrode and a drain electrode and a touch control signal line by a fourth mask process; forming a touch control electrode through-hole by a fifth mask process; and forming a touch control electrode by a sixth mask process.

    Abstract: A driving circuit includes a driving unit. Each of the driving unit includes a body portion and a voltage-level maintaining portion, connected to the first sub-line and the second sub-line of the body portion. The voltage-level maintaining portion includes a transistor having a controlling terminal connected to the first sub-line, an input terminal connected to a first voltage-level signal input terminal of the body portion, and an output terminal connected to the second sub-line. The present disclosure can enhance the stability of the driving circuit over the display period and the touch sensing period.

    Abstract: A backlight module and a method of manufacturing same are provided. The backlight module includes a flexible circuit substrate. The flexible circuit substrate includes a flexible substrate, a first pad, a second pad, a mineral oil layer, and a light emitting diode (LED) chip. The first pad and the second pad are disposed on the flexible substrate. The mineral oil layer is disposed on the flexible substrate and is patterned to form a window opening region. Two ends of the LED chip are electrically connected to a positive electrode of the first pad and a negative electrode of the second pad respectively through the window opening region. The window opening region exposes at least the positive electrode and the negative electrode.

    Abstract: A backlight module and a display device are provided in the present invention. The backlight module includes a bottom polyester layer, an adhesive layer, a top coat layer, a silver reflective layer, an anchor coat layer, a polyester layer, and a grounding wire which overlap each other in sequence. A through hole in contact with the silver reflective layer is formed through the polyester layer and the anchor coat layer. The grounding wire is electrically connected to the silver reflective layer via the through hole.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a backlight module and a display device. The light emission direction of at least one of the lamp source and the fluorescent film is provided with a diffusely reflecting layer. The diffusely reflecting layer arranged above the lamp source diffusely reflects pump light emitted from the lamp source, which may enhance uniformity of the pump light. The diffusely reflecting layer arranged above the fluorescent film scatters light emitted from the fluorescent film, scatters the light and distributes the light to a larger range, which may improve light mixing uniformity and improve the uniformity of light emission brightness.

    Abstract: Provided are flexible cover plate and a flexible display device. The flexible cover plate includes a transparent substrate, a hardened layer disposed on a surface of the transparent substrate, and a first brightness enhancement layer, a second brightness enhancement layer and an optical adhesive layer, which are sequentially disposed on the other surface of the transparent substrate; the hardened layer possesses a scratch and wear resistance function, and can effectively protect the flexible cover plate from damage; the first brightness enhancement layer and the second brightness enhancement layer are respectively configured to collect light in a first direction and a second direction, and the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other, thus the lights passing through the two brightness enhancement layers are concentrated to the center of the flexible cover plate.
