Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In an example, a method includes a first node receiving a precision time protocol (PTP) message, identifying one or more timing domains to be supported by the first node based at least in part on the PTP message, and sending, to a second node of the wireless communication network, an indicator of the one or more timing domains to be supported by the first node. Another example at a node includes receiving, from additional nodes of the wireless communication network, indicators of one or more timing domains supported by the additional nodes, receiving a PTP message associated with a timing domain, and sending the PTP message to a subset of the additional nodes based at least in a part on the indicators of one or more timing domains supported by the additional nodes.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A wireless device may receive a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) grant of initial resources for receiving a transmission, receive, in a group control channel, a resource allocation for additional resources for receiving the transmission, determine resources for receiving the transmission based on the resource allocation and the SPS grant, and receive the transmission on the determined resources. A base station may transmit a SPS grant for scheduling a transmission on a set of resources, receive a feedback report from a user equipment (UE) indicating the UE requires additional resources for receiving the transmission, generate, based at least on the UE requiring the additional resources, a resource allocation for scheduling the additional resources for the UE, transmit the resource allocation in a group control channel, and transmit the transmission on the set of resources and the additional resources.

Abstract: A configuration to enable a UE to obtain access to an unlicensed frequency channel of the unlicensed frequency spectrum in the event of channel access failures. The apparatus receives a configuration from a first base station to perform a conditional handover. The apparatus determines a first unlicensed frequency channel is unavailable for a transmission to the first base station or from the first base station. The apparatus switches from the first unlicensed frequency channel to a second cell for communication through the second cell in the conditional handover upon receiving the configuration and upon determining that the first unlicensed frequency channel is unavailable for the transmission.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A plurality of Ethernet devices may transmit Ethernet frames through a cellular network. The Ethernet devices may be coupled to the cellular network via a cellular node. The cellular node may receiver Ethernet frames from the Ethernet devices, identify a traffic class to the Ethernet frames, and map the Ethernet frames to bearers based at least in part on the traffic classes. The cellular node may transmit the Ethernet frames to other cellular nodes using the bearers. At a core network, a mapping between the cellular node and the MAC addresses of the associated Ethernet devices may be stored to allow Ethernet frames to be routed through the cellular network.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling configuring the UE with a set of frequency resources and a semi-persistent resource allocation indicating a semi-persistent resource occasion on each frequency resource of the set. The UE may monitor semi-persistent resource occasions on each of the set of frequency resources for a copy of a data transmission. If the UE receives and decodes the data transmission from at least one of the semi-persistent resource occasions, the UE may transmit an acknowledgement message on a frequency resource of the set. Additionally, the UE may refrain from transmitting a feedback message on the other frequency resources of the set. If the UE does not receive and successfully decode the data transmission from any of the semi-persistent resource occasions, the UE may transmit a negative acknowledgement message on one of the set of frequency resources.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices providing for media access control (MAC) control element (CE) configuration and triggering of sounding reference signal (SRS) are described. For example, a MAC packet data unit (PDU) may include MAC CEs and may indicate (e.g., via one or more bits in fields included in the MAC PDU, such as a MAC subheader) that one or more MAC CEs include one or more SRS configuration parameters. Such SRS configuration parameters may be used by a wireless device to determine an SRS configuration, or to update or reconfigure SRS configuration parameters of an existing or previously defined SRS configuration. In some cases, downlink control information (DCI) may be coupled to a MAC CE, such that the coupled DCI may provide additional SRS configuration parameters to be used in conjunction with SRS parameters indicated by the MAC CE. In such cases, the MAC PDU may indicate a coupling configuration.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Some methods include receiving an indication of a traffic flow to be served by a wireless communication system, determining scheduling information for the traffic flow based on the indication, wherein the scheduling information comprises one or more of a time offset, a reliability, and a minimum throughput of delivery of data traffic for the flow, and transmitting the scheduling information in response to the indication. Some methods include determining delta time offset information relative to one or more existing time offsets of packet arrivals of one or more traffic flows for scheduling transmissions of a first traffic flow in the wireless communication system, and transmitting the delta time offset information to a node of the first traffic flow for scheduling transmissions of the first traffic flow in the wireless communication system. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.
