Abstract: A liquid crystal display (LCD) device and an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display device are disclosed. The LCD device includes a base substrate, a display module, and a liquid crystal lens layer. The display module includes a fingerprint recognition sensor. The OLED display device includes a base substrate, a fingerprint recognition sensor, a two-layered liquid crystal lens layer, and an OLED display. The liquid crystal lens layer is configured to be switchable between a non-lens state and a lens state. By adopting liquid crystal lenses with holes, utilization of reflected light reflected by a fingerprint can be improved and imaging quality can be optimized.

Abstract: The present application provides a display device. When a camera assembly of the present application is switched to a camera mode, a light valve is in a light-shielding state, and pixel units in a light transmissive region are in a light transmissive state. A photosensitive element collects external image information through the light transmissive region for imaging. When the camera mode of the camera assembly is switched off, the light valve is in a light-transmissive state, and light of the backlight module passes through the light valve to perform normal display operations. Accordingly, camera-under-panel shooting and a full-screen design are realized, and a bezel problem of a display panel is completely solved.

Abstract: A mini light emitting diode (LED) backlight panel is provided, which includes a plurality of backlight sub-panels in a docking way. A light-filling region is disposed between the arbitrary adjacent two backlight sub-panels. Fluorescent powder or quantum dots are filled in the light-filling region. The mini LED backlight panel emits light to excite material of the light-filling region to emit light. Secondly, adopting design solutions of large and small light emitting angles in mixed arrangement on different heights of the light emitting surfaces in the mini LED backlight panel, improving brightness on the splicing position, thereby improving quality of light emitted from the mini LED backlight panel, and meanwhile is advantageous for an ultra-thin design of the backlight module.

Abstract: An optical fingerprint identification circuit and a display panel are provided. The optical fingerprint identification circuit adds a reset unit at the gate of the driving transistor. The anode of the photodiode is electrically connected to the scan line. The optical fingerprint identification circuit could effectively avoid the reverse breakdown risk of the photodiode while realizing the fingerprint identification. It could reduce the requirement for the reverse breakdown voltage of the photodiode and requirement for the performance of the sensor. Furthermore, the circuit structure is simpler and the number of the TFTs is reduced. This improves the integration of the circuit.

Abstract: A fingerprint driving circuit and a display panel are provided. A first stage of amplifying unit is configured to receive a fingerprint voltage, perform a voltage amplifying process on the fingerprint voltage, and output the fingerprint voltage on which the voltage amplifying process has been performed. A second stage of amplifying unit is configured to receive the fingerprint voltage on which the voltage amplifying process has been performed, perform a current and power amplifying process on the fingerprint voltage on which the voltage amplifying process has been performed, and output the fingerprint voltage on which the current and power amplifying process has been performed. A voltage difference between a valley and a ridge of a fingerprint is amplified, so that the signal can be read out easily and correctly and the output ability of the signal is enhanced.
