Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment may receive a configuration of a resource pool for configured grant uplink communications and one or more parameters for identifying a resource set from the resource pool, wherein the resource set is a subset of resources in the resource pool; identify the resource set of the resource pool based at least in part on the one or more parameters; and transmit a configured grant uplink communication in a resource selected from the resource set. Abstract: Methods, devices, and systems for processing uplink broadcast or multicast (“broadcast/multicast”) packets from a user equipment (UE) and distributing the broadcast/multicast packets to other UEs in a network. In some aspects, a UE may receive, from a base station, a downlink packet comprising broadcast or multicast (broadcast/multicast) Ethernet data for a protocol data unit (PDU) session of the UE with a data network (DN) associated with the base station, determining whether the downlink packet corresponds to an uplink packet previously transmitted to the base station by the UE, discarding the downlink packet for the PDU session based on determining that the UE previously transmitted the corresponding uplink packet comprising the broadcast/multicast Ethernet data for the PDU session to the base station, and processing the downlink packet for the PDU session based on determining that the UE did not previously transmit the corresponding uplink packet.

Abstract: A first UE in a UE group may determine that a sidelink channel is available for data transmission and transmit SCI reserving a COT on the sidelink channel. A second may receive, from the first UE, the SCI reserving the COT on the sidelink channel and transmitting the sidelink transmission on the sidelink channel using one or more resources of the inter-group sharable resources. The COT may include a first set of resources reserved for the first UE, an intra-group sharable resources capable of being shared by the UE group, and an inter-group sharable resources capable of being shared by the second UE outside of the UE group. The second UE may perform the CAT 1 or CAT 2 LBT procedure to contend for the inter-group sharable resources. The access to the inter-group sharable resources may be limited.

Abstract: Providing downlink and uplink processing is disclosed for a cooperative user equipment (UE) operations. A UE participating in the cooperative UE may determine a processing capability associated with each cooperative operational mode of one or more cooperative operation modes of which the UE is capable. The UE sends a cooperative capability report to a serving base station that includes identification of the one or more capable cooperative operation modes and the processing capability of the UE associated with the each cooperative operation mode. The base station may then configure the UEs based on this capability information. The UEs would receive a cooperative mode configuration message from the serving base station with the configuration of a cooperative operation mode for the UE. The UE may then conduct cooperative UE communications using the configured mode according to its associated processing capability. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

A user equipment (UE) may receive an uplink packet duplication configuration that indicates a set of configured carriers and a number of copies of an uplink packet to transmit. In some examples, the UE may receive the uplink packet duplication configuration from a base station. The UE may select a subset of the set of configured carriers based on a selection criterion and the number of copies of the uplink packet to transmit, and transmit an uplink packet transmission that includes the copy of the uplink packet on each carrier of the subset of the set of configured carriers based on the uplink packet duplication configuration.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support managing allocation of configured grant (CG) resources for uplink transmissions using a polynomial over Galois field in a wireless communication system. In particular, a user equipment (UE) may be configured (e.g., by a base station) to determine a resource to access, from a resource pool configured for each CG occasion of a CG configuration, based on a polynomial over Galois field configured for the UE. The polynomial over Galois field may include a parameter p, and the UE may be configured with a mapping that maps the absolute time (e.g., a slot index or a symbol index) of a GC occasion to an index between 0 and p−1 that is used as input to the polynomial The result of the polynomial is used to determine the resource to access by the UE at the CG occasion.

Abstract: A wireless network including user equipment (UE) and base stations is configured to perform position determination with low latency and high availability within the Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) framework. For example, the UE may be integrated as a sensor in a motion control system or similar applications. The UE and base stations are synchronized with the TSN clock, and are configured to perform positioning measurements at a specific time point within the TSN framework. The time point, for example, may be a global sampling point, at which all sensor nodes in the TSN framework perform position measurements. A location server may be provided with the positioning measurements or a position estimate from the UE and provide the position estimate to an external client, such as a motion controller in a motion control system.
