Abstract: Disclosed are a method for multi-user transmission and reception in a wireless communication system and a device for same. More particularly, a method for performing multi-user (MU) transmission by a station (STA) device in a wireless communication system comprises the steps of: generating a high efficiency-long training field (HE-LTF) sequence in a frequency domain in accordance with an MU transmission bandwidth; and transmitting a physical protocol data unit (PPDU) which comprises one or more symbols to which the HE-LTF sequence is mapped, wherein the HE-LTF sequence can be generated by multiplying one row of a P matrix to a length unit of a row of the P matrix in a predetermined sequence.

Abstract: A method in a wireless local area network (WLAN) includes receiving, from an access point (AP) by a station (STA), a beacon frame comprising a first field related to a transmission time of a trigger frame, wherein the trigger frame includes frequency resource information to be used for an uplink multi-user (UL MU) transmission, wherein the frequency resource information to be included in the trigger frame includes at least one of first type resource information used for random access and second type resource information used for scheduled access, wherein the random access is performed by the STA based on orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA), wherein the beacon frame further comprises a second field related to whether or not the trigger frame includes the first type resource information; receiving, from the AP by the STA, the trigger frame based on the first field; determining, by the STA, UL resource to be used for the UL MU transmission based on the first type resource information and the second type resource information; and performing, by the STA, the UL MU transmission based on the UL resource.

Abstract: A method for uplink multi-user (UL MU) operation in a WLAN system according to an embodiment of the present specification comprises the steps of: receiving, by an access point (AP), a buffer state report frame used for the UL MU operation from a user STA associated with the AP, wherein the buffer state report frame includes bitmap information for a plurality of access categories for which the buffer state of the user STA is to be reported, and identification information for a number of traffic identifiers (TIDs) for at least one traffic being buffered by the user STA, wherein the identifier information is set based on a number of the plurality of access categories indicated by the bitmap information; and transmitting, by the AP, a trigger frame for triggering the UL MU operation from a plurality of user STAs.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an operating method of a station (STA) in a wireless LAN (WLAN) system. The method includes receiving a downlink (DL) physical protocol data unit (PPDU) and sending an uplink (UL) PPDU as a response to the DL PPDU. The DL PPDU may include at least one MAC protocol data unit (MPDU) and the at least one MPDU may include a first high efficiency (HE) control field. The UL PPDU may include at least one MAC protocol data unit (MPDU) and the at least one MPDU may include a second high efficiency (HE) control field. The each of the first and second HE control fields corresponds to an HT control field and comprises a plurality of aggregated HE control subfield. The HT control field includes VHT subfield value set to “1” and HE subfield value set to “1”.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method by which an operating station (STA) transmits a signal in a multiple user (MU) scheme in a wireless LAN (WLAN) system. In the present method, the STA configures a wireless frame, which includes a data field for data transmission and a signaling (SIG) field including control information, wherein the SIG field includes a SIG A field, which includes bandwidth information indicating the whole bandwidth having a bandwidth of 2n times that of 20 MHz, and a SIG B field, which includes user specific information. Here, the bandwidth information of the SIG A field additionally indicates whether the whole bandwidth includes one or more 20 MHz bands (null channel), which are not used in the data transmission.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for transmitting a preamble in a wireless LAN system, and a station device for performing the same. To this end, a station for transmitting a preamble configures a wireless frame including a first type terminal frame portion, and a second type terminal frame portion. The first type terminal frame portion includes a first type terminal preamble including a first type terminal short training field (STF) and a first type terminal long training field (LTF), and the second type terminal frame portion includes a second type terminal preamble including a second type terminal SFT and a second type terminal LTF. Here, the station configures the second type terminal preamble by allocating sequence components at an interval of an integer number of tones in a frequency domain and transmits the configured wireless frame to another station.
