Abstract: A UE may receive, from a base station, a configuration for a plurality of parameter sets that each include one or more parameters for a RACH message and are each associated with one of TDM, FDM, or SDM. The UE may determine a transmission type of the RACH message corresponding to one or more of the TDM, the FDM, or the SDM and transmit the RACH message to the base station based on at least one parameter set and the determined transmission type of the RACH message. In aspects, the configuration received by the UE may be a configuration for transmitting the RACH message based on a RACH determination protocol. The UE may transmit the RACH message to the base station based on the received configuration associated with the RACH determination protocol and the determined at least one transmission type of the RACH message.

Abstract: During device-to-device communication between two devices, a communication transmitted from a first UE to a second UE may not be reliably received by the second UE if the first UE is traveling at high speed. Therefore, a travel speed of a transmitting UE may be considered in determining a transmission configuration. According to an aspect, the UE may determine a travel speed of the UE. The UE may determine, based on the travel speed of the UE, a transmission configuration of the UE for device-to-device communication. The UE may transmit the device-to-device communication based on the transmission configuration.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a wireless node may determine, when in communication with a plurality of other wireless nodes via a plurality of links of a network, a plurality of transmit powers for the plurality of links, wherein the plurality of transmit powers are selected to control inter-link interference or to satisfy a maximum transmit power criterion. The wireless node may transmit, using the plurality of transmit powers for the plurality of links, information, to the plurality of other wireless nodes, concurrently, based at least in part on determining the plurality of transmit powers for the plurality of links. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a wireless forwarding node may determine a timing reference configuration that indicates an alignment for one or more symbol boundaries associated with forwarding communications between an upstream wireless node and a downstream wireless node. The wireless forwarding node may forward the communications between the upstream wireless node and the downstream wireless node based at least in part on the timing reference configuration. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a wireless node may receive an indication of a first periodic resource associated with the wireless node, wherein the first periodic resource is associated with one or more parameters for coordinating periodic resources or a priority flag that indicates that the first periodic resource is available to the wireless node irrespective of a resource type associated with the first periodic resource. The wireless node may communicate, with a child node or another wireless node, a message using a modified first periodic resource, wherein the modified first periodic resource includes a modified resource allocation associated with the first periodic resource or a modified resource type associated with first periodic resource. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first integrated access and backhaul (IAB) donor central unit (CU) may transmit, to a second IAB donor CU, a resource configuration of a first cell served by an IAB node to initiate a migration of the IAB node from a first parent node to a second parent node serving a second cell associated with the second IAB donor CU. The first IAB donor CU may receive, from the second IAB donor CU, an indication that communications performed by the IAB node associated with the first cell will not conflict with communications with the second parent node serving the second cell. The first IAB donor CU may migrate the IAB node to the second parent node based at least in part on the indication. Numerous other aspects are described.
