    Abstract: The gas sensor according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention comprises: an FET device including one or more gate electrodes; a sensor array part including a plurality of sensors, in which a first electrode of each sensor is connected to at least one gate electrode of the plurality of gate electrodes in the FET device; and a controller detecting a gas using a current between a drain-source in response to voltage changes in the gate electrode of the FET device, wherein each sensor includes: a first electrode connected to a gate electrode of the FET device; a second electrode receiving an operating voltage through a switch controlled by the controller; and a detection film interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode.

    Abstract: A device for extracting operation information about a connected car is proposed. The device may include an outlier remover removing outliers from speed data in which the speed of a vehicle is measured at every predetermined time interval and stored, and from accumulated travel section data in which the section traveled by the vehicle is accumulatively stored at every predetermined time interval; The device may also include a travel section extractor extracting the section in which the vehicle has traveled, based on the speed data and the accumulated travel section data from which the outliers were removed.     Abstract: This application relates to a method for manufacturing a hybrid moisture barrier layer. In one aspect, the method includes preparing a base film and applying a photo-curable or heat-curable solution material to the base film, followed by photocuring or thermal curing to deposit at least one first moisture barrier layer. The method also includes depositing at least one second moisture barrier layer on the base film through atomic layer deposition (ALD), the second moisture layer being ⅓ to ½ the total thickness of the first moisture barrier. According to various embodiments, a combination of a moisture barrier layer formed by applying the photo-curable or heat-curable solution and a moisture barrier layer formed by atomic layer deposition at an effective thickness ratio brings about an effective reduction in production lead time as well as an improvement in the reliability of moisture barrier effect.

    Abstract: This application relates to a location tracking device and method using a feature matching. The location tracking device may include a sensor, a camera, and a controller. The sensor is provided in a predetermined object and collects sensing information including at least one of speed, direction, gravity, and acceleration of the object. The camera is provided in the predetermined object and collects image information by capturing an image. The controller calculates an initial fundamental matrix (F0) by using the collected sensing information and calibration information of the camera, detects feature points of the image information, performs a feature matching in a fundamental matrix (F) by combining the initial fundamental matrix and the feature points, and tracks a location of the object by using a result of the feature matching.
