    摘要: A piezoelectric actuator for a miniature fluid transportation device is provided and includes a piezoelectric actuating plate and a piezoelectric element. The piezoelectric actuating plate includes a suspension plate, an outer frame, and brackets. The suspension plate has a first thickness. The outer frame is arranged around the suspension plate and has a third thickness. Each of the brackets is connected between the suspension plate and the outer frame and has a fourth thickness. The third thickness is larger than the first thickness, and the first thickness is larger than the fourth thickness. The suspension plate, the outer frame and the brackets are constructed to form different stepped structures to minimize the thickness of the brackets, enhance the elasticity of the brackets. Thus, displacement of the suspension plate in the vertical direction is enhanced and the transportation efficiency of the miniature fluid transportation device is intensified.

    摘要: A power generation system to improve the degree of freedom of installation is described herein. A power generation system comprises: first fluid chambers that contain a fluid; a second fluid chamber that contains the fluid; a communication flow channel that communicates the first fluid chambers and the second fluid chamber with each other; first pistons that are disposed such that the fluid in the first fluid chambers can be pressed; a second piston that is disposed such that the fluid in the second fluid chamber can be pressed; and power generation modules that convert pressing forces of the corresponding first pistons into electricity using piezoelectric elements. The power generation elements of the power generation modules generate power when the second piston is pressed, and the pressing force is transmitted to the first pistons via the fluid, and the piezoelectric elements are indirectly pressed due to the force thus transmitted.

    摘要: A positioner operating mode identifying function is provided in a calculating unit. A pressure value of an amplified pneumatic pressure signal, from a single-mode pilot relay, is detected by a pressure sensor and sent to the calculating unit. The calculating unit, through the positioner operating mode identifying function, monitors a change in the amplified pneumatic pressure signal corresponding to a change in the control signal, and if the direction of change in the control output and the direction of change of the amplified pneumatic pressure signal are the identical direction, identifies the operating mode of the positioner as the positive operating mode. The operating mode of the positioner is identified as the negative operating mode if the direction of change in the control output and the direction of change of the amplified pneumatic pressure signal are the opposite directions. The identification results displayed on a screen of a display unit.

    摘要: A high pressure transducer is disclosed. The transducer includes a supply inlet configured to provide a gas supply to the high pressure transducer at a supply pressure and a pressure divider section coupled to the supply inlet. The pressure divider section is configured to reduce the supply pressure to a reduced pressure as a function of a first predetermined ratio. The transducer also includes a low pressure control section coupled to the pressure divider section and configured to receiving the gas supply at the reduced pressure and an amplifying section coupled to the low pressure control section. The low pressure control section varies the reduced pressure to produce a variable control pressure to actuate the amplifying section in response thereto. The amplifying section is also configured to multiply the variable control pressure as a function of a second ratio to obtain an output pressure. Further, the transducer includes a main supply valve coupled to the amplifying section, wherein the amplifying section controls the main supply valve.
