    Abstract: There is provided a method for controlling a fluidity index of a molten resin, which can detect the fluidity of a molten resin even during successive molding operations and, in addition, can control the fluidity within a target range. The method includes: assuming that a narrow flow path, formed in a flow path for the molten resin, is a capillary or an orifice, and measuring, based on the amount of a metered molten resin and the back pressure applied to the screw during a metering step, a fluidity index which indicates the fluidity of the metered molten resin; and feeding back the measured fluidity index value and comparing it with a target value, and controlling the back pressure or the rotating speed of the screw so as to eliminate a deviation between the target value and the measured value.

    Abstract: Provided are an injection molding machine control device and a program that can improve the accuracy of a calculated heat dissipation quantity of a heater. The present invention is provided with: an operation information acquisition unit 12 that acquires the heater output of a heater 102 and the set temperature of the heater 102 for a prescribed period immediately preceding a prescribed time as operation information; a surface temperature acquisition unit 15 that acquires the surface temperature of the heater 102 for the prescribed period included in the acquired operation information; a characteristic information acquisition unit 21 that acquires characteristic information on a characteristic relating to heat dissipation of the heater 102; a results information acquisition unit 14 that acquires, as results information, results of transitions in the ratios of the surface temperature and the set temperature of the heater 102 to transitions in heater output of the heater 102; an estimation unit 17 that estimates the surface temperature of the heater 102 at the prescribed time on the basis of the operation information, the results information, and the acquired surface temperature; and a heat dissipation quantity calculation unit 22 that calculates a heat dissipation quantity from a surface of the heater 102 to the atmosphere on the basis of the estimated surface temperature and the characteristic information.

    Abstract: An injection device has a screw disposed in a heating cylinder so as to be rotatable and movable in an axial direction. An injection stage supports the heating cylinder. A material supplying unit supplies a resin material to the heating cylinder. A material introducing member is disposed between the material supplying unit and the heating cylinder and introduces the resin material from the material supplying unit to the heating cylinder, The material introducing member has a cylindrical portion fitted in a vertical hole provided in the injection stage, and a lower part of the cylindrical portion is in abutting contact with the heating cylinder. A heat medium passage extends inside a sidewall of the cylindrical portion for flowing therethrough a temperature-controlled heat medium, and a heat-insulating air space is formed between an outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion and a circumferential surface of the vertical hole.

    Abstract: A temperature control system and method for regulating a liquid temperature in a recirculation system of a molding system includes determining an operating pressure of the liquid in the recirculation system, determining an operating temperature of the liquid in the recirculation system, receiving the operating pressure and the operating temperature, comparing the received operating temperature to a threshold temperature as a function of the operating pressure, and adjusting an output of a heat exchanger in the recirculation system when the operating temperature is beyond the threshold temperature.

    Abstract: An injection molding machine for foam molding includes: a heating cylinder; a screw disposed in the heating cylinder; and a plurality of inlet portions provided in the heating cylinder and configured to introduce inert gas. An inside of the heating cylinder includes a starvation section on an upstream side in which a pressure of the resin is decreased, and the inert gas from the plurality of inlet portions being to be supplied in the starvation section. Each of the plurality of inlet portions is provided with a check valve or an opening and closing mechanism. A product P×N of an interval P of the plurality of inlet portions and a number N of the inlet portions is 0.5H or more and 1.71H or less with respect to a length H of the starvation section.
