摘要： A hand-held collapsible microscope system has a lens section for holding a lens and a stage section for holding a specimen to be viewed; a lens in the lens section and a stage hole in the stage section are aligned with each other when the system is erected, and the stage section holds a specimen in registration with the stage hole. First and second resilient pleated sections interconnect the longitudinal edges of the lens section with the corresponding longitudinal edges of the stage section for enabling the sections to be erected with the lens and stage hole aligned and the distance between them to be adjustable for focussing by gentle finger pressure squeezing the lens section toward the stage section, and for enabling the sections to be swung to the collapsed position with the pleats extended and the sections flat on one another. A blank for making the microscope system is also disclosed.

摘要： A consumer package which may be opened-up for removal of a contained product such as a child's meal, is provided with a built-in 3-D viewer feature preferably simulating a theater such as a motion picture theater or television viewing room. To that end, side-by-side viewing ports of two different optical characteristics are provided in one wall of the package for viewing a scene or series of scenes, which may be disposed internally of an opposite wall of the package. Each scene is printed in two, stereoptic views which are of the same optical characteristics as respective ones of the two viewing ports. These views are generally superimposed, but are slightly laterally out of registry by an amount sufficient to produce a simulation of three-dimensional imagery to a viewer who places the package to his or her face and views therein with both eyes, each looking through the respective viewing port at the respective view of the scene. The scene or scenes may be printed directly on the interior of the package, or on an insert which may be placed in or moved through the package interior. A skylight-type port may be provided for increasing illumination of the scene.

摘要： A foldable viewer is disclosed herein for presenting a graphic scene, message or the like which includes a square blank sheet of pliable material having a viewing area defined on a selected one of its surface for carrying suitable graphic or display subject matter intended to be viewed by the user. In one form, the viewing area is defined by a pair of outlined bands arranged normal to each other having opposite ends of the bands terminating at the respective adjacent edges of the square blank sheet material. Construction of the viewer is accomplished by folding selected and predetermined portions of the blank sheet over upon itself to construct an enclosure with an opening at one end for viewing the interior thereof and for particularly viewing the graphic or message material carried on the interior viewing areas.

摘要： An autostereoscopic head-up display device includes two directional backlit type displays, a first reflector, a second reflector, a third reflector and a beam splitter. The two displays emit two image light beams with directivity, respectively, and the two image light beams are parallax image light for a viewer's eyes. One of the two displays, the first reflector, the beam splitter, the windshield and one of the viewer's eyes form a first light path, and the other one of the two displays, the second reflector, the beam splitter, the third reflector, the windshield and the other one of the viewer's eyes form a second light path. The two image light beams are projected onto the viewer's eyes through the first and second light paths, to form a stereoscopic image.
