    摘要: A bladder-type pressure tank includes an outer shell, a bladder, a nozzle, and an elbow pipe. The outer shell includes a liner and a glass-fiber layer covering the outer surface of the liner. The liner includes polyethylene (PE). The liner further includes a chamber, a first opening, and a second opening. The bladder is disposed in the chamber. In an inflated state of the bladder, a gap is formed between the inflated bladder and the inner surface of the liner. The bladder includes polyurethane (PU). The nozzle is integrated with the bladder, and is disposed in the first opening and seals the first opening. The elbow pipe includes a first end and a second end. The first end of the elbow pipe is disposed in the second opening and communicates with the chamber; and the second end of the elbow pipe is configured to connect to a pipeline.

    摘要: The vent structure comprises a durable material wherein a tortious pathway is provided for gas to flow into and out of a storage tank. The tortious pathway is defined by a plurality of baffles that depend or extend from the inner surface of the vent structure. Further protection of the storage tank contents is provided by employing mesh screen covers over the openings to the vent structure and to the storage tank. Unauthorized disassembly of the vent structure is assisted by using support columns that extend from the cover to the bottom of the vent structure. A terminal portion of each support column may be adapted to pass through a portion of the vent structure and receive a lock. Thereby, an intruder resistant vent structure deters unauthorized access to a storage tank which is particularly useful for protecting a water storage tank.

    摘要: A protective vent for a water storage tank having an inner flexible fine mesh screen and an outer heavier more rigid screen with a wider mesh. Both screens are mounted on a frame structure under an extending upper protective cover. Air from the water tank can communicate with ambient air after passing through the two screens. The outer screen acts to protect the tank and the inner screen from birds, grasshoppers and large insects while the flexible wrinkled inner screen protects against frost and smaller insects entering the tank. Fiberglass may be used for the fine inner screen and galvanized hardware cloth for the outer screen. The vent is constructed to be mounted over an existing vent stack from the storage tank. On those water storage tanks whose venting capacity is no longer adequate and an increase in air flow is desired, a new larger diameter vent stack can be installed in place of the existing smaller stack with this protective vent system.
