    摘要: In a punching processing method, a punch chip having a roller shape is arranged in a punch chip holder rotatable around the vertical axis and can be rotated around the horizontal axis. A die chip having a roller shape is arranged in a die chip holder rotatable around the vertical axis and can be rotated around the horizontal axis. Punching processing of a work is performed, in cooperation with the punch chip and the die chip, by moving the work in the horizontal direction in a state in which the work is held between the punch chip and the die chip. Further, a roll forming die used in this punching processing method is also proposed. Accordingly, it is possible to perform various kinds of punching processings for a short time without causing any seam and easily perform processings of a circle and a curve in addition to processing of only a straight line.

    摘要: Speed differential is detected between the entrance side and exit side of a looper, which is provided either on the feed side or on the delivery side of a central processing unit in continuous processing equipment and operates as a continuously supplying mechanism of steel plate, and positional relationship of movable rollers of the looper is detected, which virtually serves to diminish the speed differential, with reference to stationary rollers. By regulating the position of the movable rollers based upon the result of a calculation from the detected signals, the speed of the transported steel plate is controlled. First calculating apparatus calculates a relative speed differential based on the measurement of the looper entrance-side and exit-side speeds and the looper position and second calculating apparatus for calculating the optimum entrance-side speed based on the calculated result by the first calculating apparatus and the measured exit-side speed.

    摘要: A rolling mill for strip and foil material, comprises a roll stand and a coiler for rolled material downstream of the roll stand. An endless belt is trained about the material on the coiler, and an air cushion conveyor is provided for introducing the material between the coiler and the endless belt. The air cushion conveyor and the endless belt are both mounted on the same frame, which frame is mounted for swinging movement between an operative position in which the air cushion conveyor is disposed adjacent the path of the material and the endless belt is trained about the material on the coiler, on the one hand, and on the other hand an inoperative position in which the frame is swung away from the material and the coiler. The pivotal axis about which the frame swings is adjacent that end of the air cushion conveyor which is remote from the endless belt. That axis is disposed beneath the material as the material passes from the roll stand to the coiler. The operative position of the frame is a raised position and the inoperative position of the frame is a lowered position.

    摘要: A processing plant for metal strips (1) has a welding machine, a strip store downstream of the welding machine and a processing device downstream of the strip store. The metal strips are welded to form a continuous strip with the welding machine, which is stored in the strip store and output from there to the processing device. The metal strips are connected via diagonally extending weld seams. To join the weld seams, first the strip head (2) and the strip foot (3) of the metal strips are twisted and the two strips are connected by forming the weld seam. The weld seam extends only transversely to the transport direction (x) during the welding process. Finally, the strip head and the strip foot of the metal strips are twisted back again. As a result, the weld seam now extends diagonally to the transport direction (x).
