    摘要: The invention relates to a rotary lobe pump for conveying solids-laden fluids engendered in agriculture, in which the conveyed fluid volume flow adapts itself to different operating modes. For improved self-priming, the rotary lobe pump is designed for vertical mounting of the rotary lobes, wherein an angular gear is provided. The rotary lobes are mounted in a topside or underside cover, wherein the axes of the rotary lobes are vertically oriented. Using one of the covers, the rotary lobes can be vertically removed and maintained without having to dismantle other pump components from the pump housing. The rotary lobes can also be removed together with the angular gear as an integral pump component using one of the covers.

    摘要: An oil pump system for a vehicle includes: a vane pump having a plurality of vanes which respectively project retractably from a plurality of vane accommodating grooves provided in a rotor so as to be brought into sliding contact with a cam surface, the vane pump being adapted to supply a hydraulic fluid to an automatic transmission; an electric power-driven oil pump for assisting the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic fluid during an idling stop of the automobile; and an ECU for controlling its operation. During an idling stop, the hydraulic fluid is fed to the automatic transmission by the operation of the electric power-driven oil pump to assist the hydraulic pressure, while the hydraulic fluid is fed with pressure also to the vane accommodating grooves to press the vanes against the cam surface.

The assembly includes a hydraulic drive section with a stator and a rotor located inside the stator to form a flow path between the stator and the rotor. Fluid flowing through the flow path in response to a pressure differential across the hydraulic drive section creates an operative force to rotate the drill bit. The assembly also includes a regulation mechanism that includes a valve and a fluid flow diversion bore for diverting at least some fluid from the flow path when the pressure differential across the hydraulic drive section is greater than or equal to a transition pressure differential.

    摘要: The invention relates to an internal gear pump for delivering fuel in an internal combustion engine, with an internally toothed annular gear and an externally toothed pinion that cooperates with the annular gear to produce a pumping action. In order to increase both the delivery capacity at starting speed and the service life of the internal gear pump, the pinion is supported on a supporting stub in a radially mobile fashion, eccentric to the annular gear. In addition, a device is provided to compensate for the radial play between the pinion and the annular gear. The drive is transmitted by a spring-loaded Oldham coupling, which adjusts the axial play of the pump according to the invention.

    摘要: A first pump of small capacity and a second pump of large capacity are connected directly with each other and are driven by a variable-speed motor. The rotational speed of the variable-speed motor is controlled by a control device. In a first mode, a first discharge line of the first pump and a second discharge line of the second pump are disconnected with each other, making the first pump unloaded. With the first pump in the unloaded, state, a constant-horsepower operation is performed, where the discharge fluid is brought into a high pressure by relatively small torque. In a second mode, the first discharge line and the second discharge line are connected with each other by a switching valve. With the first and second discharge lines in the connected, state, a constant-horsepower operation is performed, where a high flow rate of discharge fluid is discharged at relatively low rotational speed.

    摘要: A pump head for a fluid pump driven by a motor includes an inlet for receiving fluid at a first pressure and an outlet for outputting fluid at a second pressure greater than the first pressure. A relief valve cavity formed in the pump head housing includes a first portion in fluid communication with the inlet and a second portion in fluid communication with the outlet. A relief valve is disposed in the relief valve cavity with no portion of the relief positioned to block or otherwise impede the normal flow of fluid through the inlet or outlet. The relief valve is bi-directional and configured to operate in two modes including: (1) a low pressure relief mode where fluid flows from the inlet to the outlet when fluid pressure at the inlet exceeds fluid pressure at the outlet by a first threshold amount; and (2) a high pressure relief mode where fluid flows from the outlet to the inlet when fluid pressure at the outlet exceeds fluid pressure at the inlet by a second threshold amount greater than the first threshold amount. The relief valve cavity is specially configured to provide a barrier preventing an element of the relief valve from damaging the pump head in the event the relief valve element fails.

    摘要: A pressure-relieving valve is connected to relieve air pressure from an internal diameter of a transmission pump. On startup, pressurized oil is delivered to the torque converter. At engine idle speed, the centrifugal effects on the oil cause any air (which may have leaked into the torque converter during the shut-sown time) to accumulate at the center of the converter. Air pressure output from a torque converter escapes between the housing and the transmission pump to which it is connected. The escaped air reaches the internal diameter of the pump and it is prevented from blowing across the face of the pump to the suction side of the pump by a ball and check valve arrangement which delivers the air to a non-fluid internal part of a transmission, thereby avoiding the leakage of this air to the suction side of the pump and the possible loss of pump prime.
