    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display panel and a fabricating method thereof, wherein the display panel includes a first substrate and a second substrate, the first substrate is provided with a plurality of first spacers, and the second substrate is provided with a plurality of second spacers disposed corresponding to the first spacers, a recess is disposed on a side of the second spacers adjacent to the first substrate, and an end of the first spacers away from the first substrate is placed in the recess, so that a relative displacement between the first substrate and the second substrate is reduced when the display panel is bent, thereby improving the problems of light leakage and color mixing, and reducing a risk of scratching an alignment film when the spacers slide.

    Abstract: Provided is an array substrate, including a main body, a sealant coating region formed on a periphery of the main body and used for sealant coating and a liquid crystal filling region located in a middle of the main body and surrounded by the sealant coating region; in the sealant coating region, a metal trace structure on the main body is provided, and includes metal traces spaced apart; wherein the sealant coating region comprises light transmissive regions between the metal traces; in a region of the sealant coating region adjacent to the liquid crystal filling region, a proportion of the light transmissive region adjacent to the liquid crystal filling region is larger than a proportion of the light transmissive region away from the liquid crystal filling region; the proportion of the light transmissive region is an area ratio of the light transmissive region to a corresponding sealant coating region.

    Abstract: A flexible liquid crystal display panel and a method of making the same are provided. The flexible liquid crystal display panel includes a first flexible substrate, a second flexible substrate, liquid crystals, a plurality of pillar spacers disposed between the first and second flexible substrates, and a sealant disposed between the first and second flexible substrates for sealing the liquid crystals and the pillar spacers therein, two ends of the pillar spacers abutting against inner surfaces of the first and second flexible substrates, and a sub-spacer being wrapped within the sealant. The sealant and the pillar spacer can be made by the same material, which have sealing and the supporting abilities, the flexible liquid crystal display panel can maintain a uniform cell thickness after being bent. The arrangement of the pillar spacers can improve overall deformation resistance and improve the narrow viewing angle of the flexible liquid crystal display panel.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a curved display device and a display panel thereof. The display panel includes a CF substrate, a TFT substrate, a plurality of photo spacers, a liquid crystal layer and a sealing layer. The liquid crystal layer is located between the CF and the TFT substrates, the plurality of photo spacers is disposed on a surface of the CF substrate facing the TFT substrate, the sealing layer is disposed between the CF and the TFT substrates and surrounds an edge of the liquid crystal layer, the liquid crystal layer includes an intermediate region and two edge regions located at two sides of the intermediate region, a stress generated from the photo spacers located in the intermediate region on the liquid crystals in the intermediate region is smaller than that generated from the photo spacers located in the edge regions on the liquid crystals in the edge regions.
