A technique for determining and presenting marketing scenarios based on market characteristics are described herein. The technique includes receiving data regarding market environment and an expected change in the market environment. A number of market characteristics are calculated based on the collected data for a number of alternative marketing scenarios for addressing the change. A number of graphical objects corresponding to the marketing scenarios are displayed in a coordinate system to show correlation between a number of selected market characteristics. A number of additional components are assigned to the graphical objects to indicate additional characteristics of the presented marketing scenarios.

The invention relates to a method for determining and regulating the temperature of an article with inductive properties which is heated inductively by means of an induction device, wherein the induction device contains an induction coil, means for producing an induction resonant circuit and a support element arranged above the induction coil and having a first side, which acts as support face for the article, and a second side, which is directed towards the inductive coil. At least one temperature sensor is fitted to the second side. The resonant frequency of the induction resonant circuit is measured via detection means and the temperature of the article is calculated from the measured resonant frequency, wherein the resonant frequency is related to the temperature of the article by virtue of a mathematical function, and the function is determined by determining at least two absolute temperature calibration values of the article at respectively different resonant frequencies. The temperature calibration values are calculated from temperature measured values of the sensor.

In one aspect, a method includes receiving, from a design system of one or more computers, a template for a display screen for information reporting. Configuration information is received from the design system, the configuration information including one or more data parameters for accessing data stored in a database. A request for information reporting is received from a user system of one or more computers executing a display application. The data is accessed in the database according to the database parameters, and the data is provided to the user system for display in the display screen by the display application according to the template.

Example systems and methods of customer value scoring based on social contact information are presented. In one example, a spending amount by a first user at an online commerce system is determined. Other users of the online commerce system that are affiliated with the first user are identified. A spending amount by each of the other users at the online commerce system is also determined. The spending amounts of the other users are weighted. A user value score for the first user is calculated based on the spending amount of the first user and weighted spending amounts of the other users.

At a first instance, a first business data to be extracted from an enterprise application is determined. A replication of the first business data is migrated to a migration repository to render the first message for data recovery. At a second instance, a second business data to be extracted from an enterprise application is determined. The first business data and the second business data are configured to execute the business process according to a data model associated with the business process. Based upon a modification in the data model, the second business data and the replication of the first business data is compiled to execute the business process according to the modified data model associated with the business process.

In an embodiment, a method of providing an arranged display of data associated with a set of time periods is presented. In this method, values of a first data type are accessed, the values being observed during each of multiple time periods. An order for the time periods is determined based on the values of the first data type. A selectable region for each of the time periods is displayed, the regions being arranged according to the order. In response to a user selection of one of the selectable regions, a value of a second data type is displayed, the value of the second data type being observed during the time period of the selected one of the selectable regions.
