    Abstract: A method of providing an interactive content to a prospective user at a mobile device, the mobile device including a non-transitory computer readable medium including a computer executable program code and a processor for executing the computer executable program code is described. The method includes steps for initiating capture of an audio stream by shaking the mobile device; capturing the audio stream via a microphone in the mobile device; converting the captured audio stream into an audio fingerprint; sending the audio fingerprint to a server; receiving the interactive content from the server if there is a match between audio fingerprints stored on the server, and the audio fingerprint sent by the mobile device; and displaying the interactive content on the mobile device.

    Abstract: A method for identifying relevant information of an object using a mobile terminal that has a built-in camera, a processor, and memory for storing programs to be executed by the processor is provided. The method includes automatically generating a plurality of image frames while the built-in camera pointing at the object; automatically transmitting one or more of the plurality of image frames to a remote server, wherein different transmitted image frames satisfy distinct predefined conditions; receiving information from the server when at least one of the transmitted image frames matches an image stored at the server, wherein the image corresponds to the object and is associated with information relevant to the object; and displaying the information relevant to the object at the mobile terminal.

    Abstract: Methods and systems for sharing real-time location information are disclosed herein. A computing device with processor(s) and memory displays a chat interface of a social networking platform for a conversation between a first user and a second user associated with the computing device. The computing device receives a location-sharing request from the first user to join a real-time location sharing group and, in response, displays a location-sharing message. After detecting a first user input on the location-sharing message from the second user of the computing device, the computing device replaces the chat interface with a location interface of the social networking platform, the location interface including a map overlaid with a first indicator corresponding to a respective real-time location of the first user and a second indicator corresponding to a respective real-time location of the second user.

    Abstract: This application is directed to a geographic information display method. While a first mobile device is executing an instant messaging application, it obtains its own geographic location information, a second mobile device's geographic location information, and a first timestamp at which the geographic location information is recorded. The first mobile device then displays an interactive map associated with the first timestamp on a user interface. The displayed map includes two marks that represent the locations of the first and second mobile devices, respectively, and instant messages exchanged between these two mobile devices are displayed on the map adjacent to the two marks. As the first mobile device obtains updated geographic location information in association with a second timestamp, it updates the location of the second mobile device while the mark corresponding to the first mobile device remains at the same location on the user interface.
