Abstract:
A seat position adjusting mechanism for adjusting a seat position movably in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle comprises a pair of rails (1, 2) which are respectively secured to the floor of the vehicle and the seat. The rail (2) secured to the seat can slide along the rail (1) secured to the vehicle body, and the rail secured to the seat is fixed to the rail secured to the vehicle body in a desired position of seat by means of a latch mechanism (30). The latch mechanism comprises a latch member (3) which engages one of a number of engaging holes (11) formed in the rail secured to the vehicle body and a coil spring (7) which urges the latch member towards the rail secured to the vehicle body. The latch member can be released by an operation handle (5) so that the latch member disengages from the engaging hole (11) to allow the rail secured to the seat to move. For the coil spring, a flattened-cross-section coil spring having a low height-to-width ratio is preferred in order to decrease the required height of the space between the seat and the floor in which the seat position adjusting mechanism is arranged so as to allow the seat installation position to be as low as possible.
Abstract:
In a slider mechanism for a vehicle seat, a synthetic resin slider block (14) is molded on a movable rail (15), and the slider block (14) slidably engages a guide groove (13) formed in a fixed rail (2). The slider block (14) is formed with an anchor (14e) which can engage a cut-out(s) (23) formed in the movable rail (1) so as to hold the slider block onto the movable rail, and a thin portion (14e) which is thinner than the other portions of the block. Thus, the inventive slider mechanism does not require highly accurate manufacture of the movable rail, and can prevent rattling of the seat in the assembled state.
Abstract:
A seat structure has an improved means for memorizing the seat position which automatically operates a latching means provided on a seat support structure in response to the tilting movement of the seat back. The seat position memorizing means includes a rotatable plate and means for latching the rotatable plate. The rotatable plate and the latching means are mounted on a base plate of a seat back tilting means, so as to provide a more reliable operation and easy to assemble structure.
Abstract:
In the present invention, particularly, means for removing moisture contained in a raw material gas is provided in a raw material gas supply part so that the amount of moisture contained in the raw material gas that is supplied to an ozone gas supply system is reduced, and additionally an ozone gas output flow rate management unit is provided that is configured to receive a plurality of ozone gas outputs from a plurality of nitrogen-free ozone generation units and capable of performing an ozone gas output flow rate control for selectively outputting one or a combination of two or more of the plurality of ozone gas outputs to any of a plurality of ozone treatment apparatuses by performing an opening/closing operation on a plurality of ozone gas control valves provided in the ozone gas output flow rate management unit.

Abstract:
A device for producing spinning yarn including a rotary pipe having a sliver path through which a sliver coming out from a front roller pair of a draft device is passed, a rotary plate formed integrally with and spaced from the entrance of the rotary pipe, and a casing surrounding the rotary pipe and the rotary plate. The casing has formed therein an injection nozzle which is opened obliquely toward the entrance of the rotary pipe for injecting whirling air, an air relief hole formed adjacent the rotary plate, an air whirling chamber in which air injected from the air injection nozzle whirls at a high speed, and an air relief chamber in communication with the air whirling chamber and having a gradually increasing volume.
Abstract:
In a seat sliding device comprising a stationary rail, a movable rail slidable on and along the stationary rail to carry a seat, and a plastic slide block moulded on the movable rail in a manner to be disposed between these two rails to improve the sliding characteristics of the movable rail relative to the stationary rail, there is proposed a measure in which the slide block is divided into two sections in the longitudinal direction of the movable rail, leaving a predetermined clearance between the two sections.
