An electronic device and a method for transmitting health information by the electronic device are provided. The method includes receiving, from a terminal, a first message requesting the health information; measuring a body condition, in response the first message; and transmitting, to the terminal, a second message including the health information by using human body communication, the health information being based on the measured body condition.
Abstract:
A method of extracting an Integrated Circuit (IC) current is provided. The method includes generating a transfer function value by using a voltage measured in a node nearest an input terminal of the IC, substituting the generated transfer function value for a reverse fast Fourier transform function, so as to extract the IC voltage, and extracting the IC current from the extracted IC voltage through a simulation in a time domain.

An inspection apparatus includes a supporting substrate. A first sensor unit is provided on the supporting substrate, the first sensor unit comprising a first light-emitting device and a first light-receiving device which are spaced apart from each other and face each other. A second sensor unit is provided on the supporting substrate, the second sensor unit comprising a second light-emitting device and a second light-receiving device which are spaced apart from each other and face each other. The first and second light-emitting devices and the first and second light-receiving devices are disposed at a same distance from a top surface of the supporting substrate. The first and second sensor units are configured to detect whether a robot hand moves in a first direction perpendicular to the top surface of the supporting substrate.

An operating method, a base station, and terminal of a cell of a first communication system for a handover between the first communication system and a second communication system are provided. The method includes, receiving, by the base station, a measurement report including measured signal quality, from a terminal, determining, by the base station, a handover initiation to a target radio access network, based on the measured signal quality, transmitting, by the base station, a handover request message to the target radio access network via a core network, receiving, by the base station, radio-related information that is required if the terminal accesses the target radio access network, from the target radio access network via the core network, and transmitting, by the base station, the radio-related information of the target radio access network, to the terminal, wherein the handover between the source radio access network and the target radio access network comprises an inter radio access technology (RAT) handover.
