    Abstract: A wireless communication device may include a processor, a first RF integrated circuit including a first control port for controlling a first RF processing circuit and a RF front end circuit and configured to communicate with the processor, a second RF integrated circuit including a second control port for controlling a second RF processing circuit and the RF front end circuit and configured to communicate with the processor, and the RF front end circuit controlled through the first control port and the second control port and configured to communicate with the first RF integrated circuit to exchange a first RF signal, wherein the processor is configured to determine whether to process a second RF signal in the second RF processing circuit and deactivate at least one component for processing the second RF signal in the second RF processing circuit based on the determining.

    Abstract: According to various embodiments, an electronic device may comprise: an RF circuit configured for cellular data communication, a plurality of antennas connected to the RF circuit, a Wi-Fi module comprising Wi-Fi circuitry, and at least one processor. The at least one processor may be configured to provide a first indication indicating activation of cellular data communication based on a first antenna among the plurality of antennas being used for transmission. A distance between the first antenna and a Wi-Fi antenna corresponding to the Wi-Fi module may be equal to or less than a first value. The Wi-Fi module may be configured to perform a back-off operation on transmission power of a Wi-Fi RF signal based on reception of the first indication. The at least one processor may be further configured to refrain from providing the first indication, based on a second antenna from which distance to the Wi-Fi antenna exceeds the first value among the plurality of antennas being used for transmission.

    Abstract: According to various embodiments, an electronic device may include: a communication processor, a radio frequency (RF) integrated circuit (RFIC) configured to receive a signal output from the communication processor and to modulate the signal into an RF signal, a power management circuit, a first power amplifier configured to amplify an RF signal output from the RFIC based on power supplied from the power management circuit, a second power amplifier configured to amplify the RF signal output from the RFIC based on the power supplied from the power management circuit, at least one capacitor connected in parallel to a power supply terminal of the first power amplifier, and at least one switch connected between the power supply terminal and the at least one capacitor, wherein the communication processor is configured to: identify a power amplification mode based a frequency band of the RF signal, and control the at least one switch by outputting a control signal corresponding to the identified power amplification mode.
