    Abstract: A color conversion substrate includes a base on which first to third light outputting regions and a light shielding region surrounding the first to third light outputting regions are defined; first to third color filters on the base in the first to third light outputting regions, respectively; a first light shielding member on the first color filter in the light shielding region; a light transmission pattern on the first color filter; a first wavelength conversion pattern on the second color filter and which converts light of a first color into light of a second color; and a second wavelength conversion pattern on the third color filter and which converts the light of the first color into light of a third color. A first opening located in the light shielding region is defined in at least one of the light transmission pattern and the first and second wavelength conversion patterns.

    Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display includes: a display panel; and a color conversion panel positioned on the display panel. The color conversion panel includes: a substrate; a color filter layer disposed under the substrate; a first light blocking layer disposed under the color filter layer; and a first color conversion layer, a second color conversion layer, and a third color conversion layer positioned under the first light blocking layer. The color filter layer includes a first color filter, a second color filter, and a third color filter, the first light blocking layer includes a first portion that overlaps the first color filter, a second portion that overlaps the second color filter, and a third portion that overlaps the third color filter, and the first portion, the second portion, and the third portion are connected.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a photoalignment layer includes: applying a photoalignment agent including a copolymer of at least one of cyclobutanedianhydride and a cyclobutanedianhydride derivative, and diamine, and a crosslinking agent including an alkylene group having a formula —CnH2n—, wherein n is a natural number, on a substrate; pre-baking the photoalignment agent applied on the substrate to form a pre-baked photoalignment agent; hard-baking the pre-baked photoalignment agent to form a hard-baked photoalignment agent; irradiating the hard-baked photoalignment agent with a light source thereby photoaligning the photoalignment agent; and secondarily baking the photoalignment agent irradiated with the light source, where in the application of the photoalignment agent on the substrate, the photoalignment agent applied on an edge portion of the substrate is applied in about 30 to about 70 wt %, relative to the photoalignment agent applied on the center portion of the substrate.
