Abstract: An organic light-emitting display includes: a display panel including first and second pixels, each having an organic light-emitting diode; and a data driver including a first operational amplifier having a non-inverting terminal coupled to a reference voltage terminal and an inverting terminal coupled to the first pixel, and a second operational amplifier having a non-inverting terminal coupled to the reference voltage terminal and an inverting terminal coupled to the second pixel. The first pixel includes a sensing transistor, a first driving transistor, and a first switch transistor. The second pixel includes a second driving transistor and a second switch transistor.

Abstract: A display device includes pixels at respective crossing regions of scan lines and data lines, a scan driver that is configured to supply a scan signal to the scan lines, and a data driver that is configured to supply a pre-emphasis voltage to the data lines using a first constant for controlling a voltage value of the pre-emphasis voltage, and using a second constant for controlling a supply time of the pre-emphasis voltage, and supply data signals to the data lines after the supply of the pre-emphasis voltage, wherein at least one of the first or second constants is stored in each channel corresponding to each of the data lines.

Abstract: A data driver includes a multi-channel sample/hold circuit electrically connected between a digital-to-analog converter and a data buffer. The multi-channel sample/hold circuit includes a first sample/hold circuit connected to a first channel and a second sample/hold circuit connected to a second channel. The first sample/hold circuit performs a first drive operation and a second drive operation. The first drive operation includes sampling a data voltage as a buffer input voltage and maintaining the buffer input voltage during an nth horizontal time. The second drive operation includes outputting the buffer input voltage to an output terminal of the buffer during an (n+1)th horizontal time. The second sample/hold circuit performs the second drive operation during the nth horizontal time and performs the first drive operation during the (n+1)th horizontal time.

The stage includes a switch circuit including switches that are alternately turned on by a control signal, and outputting an intermediate output voltage to a third output terminal based on a first input voltage supplied to the first input terminal and a second input voltage supplied to the second input terminal, and a selector outputting one of the first input voltage and the second input voltage, and the intermediate output voltage.

Abstract: A display device includes data lines, scan lines, and pixels. Each of the pixels includes an organic light emitting diode, a first transistor (OLED), and a second transistor. The first transistor is electrically connected to an anode of the OLED. The second transistor is electrically connected to the first transistor, a scan line among the scan lines, and a data line among the data lines. The second transistors of the pixels may receive instances of a reference voltage from the data lines during a first period of a frame. The second transistors of the pixels may simultaneously receive instances of a turn-on scan signal from the scan lines during the first period of the frame. Cathodes of the OLEDs of the pixels may receive instances of a turn-off voltage for the OLEDs to turn off during the first period of the frame.

Abstract: A display device is disclosed. In one aspect, the display device includes a plurality of pixels, a plurality of data lines respectively connected to the pixels, and a compensation unit connected to at least one the data lines. The compensation unit includes a first capacitor storing a leakage current of a pixel connected to the data line, a second capacitor storing a difference current, where the difference current is the difference between a reference current and a pixel current measured when a data signal of a reference gray signal is applied to the pixel. The compensation unit also includes a comparator outputting a difference value between the voltages stored in the first and second capacitors. According to embodiments, is possible to measure an accurate pixel current regardless of a leakage current and accurately detect deterioration of a pixel.
