    Abstract: A display device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a base layer including a display area; a circuit layer including a conductive pattern in a pixel area of the display area; a first insulating film on the circuit layer, the first insulating film being opened in a contact portion on the conductive pattern; a reflective film on the first insulating film and including a first opening that corresponds to the contact portion; a second insulating film on the reflective film and including a second opening overlapping the first opening; and a display layer on the second insulating film, connected to the conductive pattern through the contact portion, and including a first electrode, a second electrode, and a light-emitting element overlapping the reflective film, wherein, in the contact portion, the reflective film has a wider opening than the second insulating film.

    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate including a plurality of pixel areas, a thin film transistor positioned on the substrate, a first insulating layer positioned on the thin film transistor, a pixel electrode connected with the thin film transistor and positioned on the first insulating layer, a common electrode positioned on the pixel electrode and spaced apart from the pixel electrode by a microcavity, a second insulating layer positioned on the common electrode, a roof layer positioned on the second insulating layer, a thickness of the roof layer being about 4 μm to about 50 μm, an injection hole through the common electrode, the second insulating layer, and the roof layer, the injection hole exposing a part of the microcavity, a liquid crystal layer filling the microcavity, and an overcoat on the roof layer and extending into the injection hole, the overcoat sealing the microcavity.

    Abstract: A display device may include a substrate, a first roof layer formed of a material, a second roof layer formed of the material and spaced from the substrate, and a subpixel electrode disposed between the substrate and the first roof layer. The display device may further include a common electrode member disposed between the subpixel electrode and the first roof layer. The common electrode member may overlap the first roof layer in a first direction without extending beyond the first roof layer in a second direction. The first direction may be perpendicular to a surface of the substrate. The second direction may be parallel to the surface of the substrate. The display device may further include a liquid crystal set disposed between the subpixel electrode and the common electrode member.
