    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a display apparatus includes forming a thin-film transistor on a substrate and forming a planarization layer to cover the thin-film transistor, forming, on the planarization layer, a pixel electrode electrically connected to the thin-film transistor and a pixel defining layer exposing at least a center portion of the pixel electrode, and defining at least one groove having a closed curve shape at a location corresponding to a second non-display area. When the thin-film transistor is formed, a voltage line is also formed at a location corresponding to a first non-display area. When the at least one groove is formed, a portion of the planarization layer disposed between the pad area and the display area is simultaneously removed such that a portion of the voltage line between the pad area and the display area is exposed.

    Abstract: A display apparatus including an organic light-emitting display panel and a touch sensing unit disposed on the organic light-emitting display panel is disclosed. The touch sensing unit includes a touch electrode and a wiring part connected to the touch electrode. The wiring part of the touch sensing unit passes a protruding member disposed on a non-display region of the organic light-emitting display panel, and forms a first wiring part which does not overlap the protruding member, a second wiring part overlapping the protruding part, and a connection wiring part disposed between the first and second wiring parts and having a wiring width less than the first and second wiring parts so as to overlap an edge of the protruding member.

    Abstract: A display device includes: a substrate including a display area and a non-display area; a circuit portion including a first circuit portion and a second circuit portion on the non-display area; a valley portion separating the first circuit portion and the second circuit portion from each other; and a thin film encapsulation layer sealing the display area, the thin film encapsulation layer extending from the display area to the valley portion, and the first circuit portion is between the valley portion and the display area, the second circuit portion is at an outside of the valley portion, an internal layer on the first circuit portion includes a plurality of island portions that are apart from one another in a first direction and a second direction crossing the first direction, and an external layer on the second circuit portion includes at least one groove extending in the first direction.
