Abstract: A display device includes: a display layer including a display area and a non-display area; a touch sensor layer overlapping the display area; and a light conversion layer on the touch sensor layer and overlapping the display area; wherein the display device includes: a first light emitting element emitting light of a first wavelength; a second light emitting element emitting light of a second wavelength; a capping layer; a 1-1 and 1-2 encapsulation layers on the capping layer and including inorganic insulating layers; and a second encapsulation layer and a third encapsulation layer sequentially on the 1-1 and 1-2 encapsulation layers, wherein a thickness and a refractive index of a plurality of inorganic insulating layers of the 1-2 encapsulation layer are different from that of inorganic insulating layers of the 1-1 encapsulation layer, wherein a dielectric constant of the second encapsulation layer is 3.0 or less.

Abstract: A display device includes: a substrate; a display element on the substrate; a capping layer on the display element; and a thin film encapsulation layer on the capping layer, wherein the capping layer includes: a first capping layer on the display element; a second capping layer on the first capping layer, the second capping layer having a refractive index greater than that of the first capping layer; and a third capping layer on the second capping layer, the third capping layer having a refractive index smaller than that of the second capping layer, wherein the second capping layer has a thickness of 30 nanometers (nm) to 60 nm.

Abstract: An OLED display including first, second, and third color pixels on a substrate, each including a first electrode, an organic emission layer, a second electrode, and a capping layer, in which the first color pixel emits green light, and each of the second and third color pixels emits a color of light other than green, the organic emission layer of the first color pixel includes first and second emission layers that emit light, the organic emission layer of the second or third color pixel includes a third emission layer that emit light, the second and third emission layers include both a host and a dopant, the first emission layer includes the host, but not any dopants therein, and the second emission layer is disposed on the first electrode, and the first emission layer is disposed on the second emission layer.
