摘要: A multistage pump assembly with at least one co-used shaft comprises a first pump set including at least two vacuum chambers. Each vacuum chamber of the first pump set is installed with at least one rotor and a first driving shaft, the rotor is installed to the first driving shaft in the same vacuum chamber of the first pump set. The first driving shafts in the first pump set are co-shafted, that is, rotors in the at least two vacuum chambers of the first pump set are installed at the same first driving shaft. A second pump set includes at least one vacuum chamber which includes at least one rotor and a second driving shaft. An outlet of the second pump set is connected to an inlet of the first pump set through an air tube.

摘要: A vacuum system has a condenser and a root vacuum pump set, wherein the condenser is an independent inlet condenser set connected to a generator including an air cooling power generator condenser. A pressure sensor is installed on the independent inlet condenser set for detecting a first input pressure. Air outputted from the independent inlet condenser set is compressed by the root vacuum pump set. A backing pump receives an air outputted from the root vacuum pump set through an output pipe. A bypass pipe is connected between an output end of the root vacuum pump set and a vapor-liquid separator connected to the backing pump. A central controller serves to receive the first input pressure and determine to control the air from the root vacuum pump set to be outputted to the output pipe or the bypass pipe by a control valve.

摘要: A complete bearing-sealed root vacuum pump system capable of promoting vacuum ability of a condenser of a power plant provides a complete bearing-sealed structure. All chambers are isolated effectively so that liquid cannot flow there between and thus not to destroy the root vacuum pump. Therefore, the lifetime of the root vacuum pump is prolonged. The heat exchangers are arranged between the root vacuum pumps and the front stage pump so as to return the condensed water. The condenser vacuum is improved and thus the power generation efficiency is promoted, and power consumption is lowered. As a result a large power plant can save several thousand tons of coals per year.

摘要: A modularized integrated non-coaxial multiple chamber dry vacuum pump is formed by at least two modularized vacuum chambers that can be integrated into a solid multiple stage dry vacuum pump. These chambers are connected in serial to allow gas to pass through and be discharged directly to the atmosphere. Each chamber contains a pair of lobes of its own and at least one chamber does not share at least one coaxial axle with another chamber. At least two chambers do not share all co-axial(s) and can have their own power drive at different RPMs from either different motors or transmissions.
