    Abstract: Systems and techniques are described for providing a virtual interface for an XR device using a display interface device. A display interface device can display a landmark pattern, such as a quick response (QR) code, on its display. The display can be in the field of view of a camera of the XR device, so that camera captures images depicting the displayed landmark pattern. The XR device can generate, and display on its own display, output images based on the captured images, for instance by overlaying a virtual interface over the landmark pattern. The pose and/or size of the virtual interface in the output images can be based on the pose and/or size of the landmark pattern and/or display in the captured images. The display interface device can receive inputs through its display interface, such as touch-based inputs, which the display interface device can identify for the XR device.

    Abstract: Systems and techniques are provided for coordinating multi-user experiences. For example, a process can include obtaining a plurality of settings associated with a plurality of multi-user experience participants. The plurality of settings includes one or more arbitrated settings and one or more non-arbitrated settings. The process can include arbitrating, by a settings arbitration engine, the one or more arbitrated settings to generate one or more adjusted settings for each arbitrated setting. The process can include generating, by an experience adaptation engine, an adapted multi-user experience, wherein the adapted multi-user experience is configured to enforce the one or more adjusted settings for each arbitrated setting.

    Abstract: Techniques and systems are provided for processing one or more images. For example, a process can obtain a plurality of images captured during a session. The plurality of images include a current image of a current face. The process can extract features of the current face from the current image. The process can compare the extracted features of the current face to extracted features of a previous face from a previous image of the plurality of images captured during the session. The process can determine, based on comparing the extracted features of the current face to the extracted features of the previous face, whether the current face from the current image matches the previous face from the previous image. The process can determine whether to lock access to a computing device based on whether the current face from the current image matches the previous face from the previous image.
