    Abstract: A first network entity may transmit, for a second network entity, an indication of point cloud reporting capabilities of the first network entity. The point cloud reporting capabilities of the first network entity may include a capability associated with heterogeneous point cloud reporting. The point cloud reporting capabilities of the first network entity may correspond to one or more of at least one reportable property, a point cloud source, or a frequency of point cloud generation. The point cloud source may correspond to at least one of a cellular transceiver, an FMCW radar, a Wi-Fi transceiver, or a lidar device. The first network entity may identify a first point cloud based on non-cellular sensing. The first network entity may transmit, for the second network entity, a first indication of the first point cloud based on the point cloud reporting capabilities of the first network entity.

    Abstract: Aspects presented herein may enable an LMF to configure AI/ML-based techniques/measurements for a set of base stations/TRPs to improve the performance of UL-based positioning. In one aspect, a network entity transmits a configuration to at least one network node to configure the at least one network node to perform an UL-based positioning measurement with at least one ML model, where each of the at least one ML model is associated with a corresponding ML model ID in which the at least one network node uses for the UL-based positioning measurement, where the UL-based positioning measurement is for a set of SRSs from a UE. The network entity receives the UL-based positioning measurement for the set of SRSs from the at least one network node. The network entity estimates a position of the UE based on the UL-based positioning measurement for the set of SRSs.

    Abstract: Aspects presented herein may enable a network entity to calculate a relative clock drift between a Tx antenna panel and an Rx antenna panel that use different RF hardware/circuits (e.g., clocks). In one aspect, a network entity obtains a plurality of RTT measurements between a Tx antenna panel, a device with a known position, and an Rx antenna panel over a period of time, where the Tx antenna panel is associated with a first clock and the Rx antenna panel is associated with a second clock. The network entity obtains a first timing delay associated with the device based on the plurality of RTT measurements. The network entity calculates a clock offset between the Tx antenna panel and the Rx antenna panel based on the obtained first timing delay associated with the device.

    Abstract: A method for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) and related apparatus are provided. In the method, the UE selects a resource for a sidelink transmission based on a network energy-saving (NES) state of a network entity communicating with the UE. The UE further transmits sidelink transmission to another UE using the resource selected based on the NES state of the network entity. The method enables adaptive sidelink resource allocation and configuration in different NES states of the base station. It improves the energy efficiency of wireless communication.

    Abstract: A method for wireless communication by a user equipment includes receiving, from a network node, a first message configuring a group of inactivity timers including indicating a respective timer duration value for each inactivity timer of the group of inactivity timers. Each inactivity timer of the group of inactivity timers may be associated with a respective network power saving mode of a group of network power saving modes. The method also includes initiating a first inactivity timer of the group of inactivity timers with a respective timer duration value based on receiving a first downlink transmission from the network node or transmitting first uplink information to the network node. The method further includes enabling a radio resource control (RRC) state of a group of RRC states based on an expiration of the first inactivity timer.
