    Abstract: Embodiments include systems and methods for sidelink communications. In embodiments, a processor of a wireless device may determine signal strength information and priority information associated with a sidelink communication resource. The processor may determine coordination information based on the determined signal strength information and priority information. The processor may generate a message to include the determined coordination information. The processor may transmit the generated message including the determined coordination information to a second wireless device. In some embodiments, the generated message may be a control message, such as a medium access control control-element (MAC-CE) or a sidelink control information message.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may identify a maximum transmission power for an uplink transmission on a first cell of a first cell group (CG) based on a direction of communications (e.g., uplink, downlink, or flexible) with a separate cell of a second CG during a same duration of the uplink transmission and within a same first frequency range, where the direction of communications is either an actual direction or an assumed direction. The UE may receive an uplink grant scheduling the uplink transmission during a symbol and within the first frequency range, determine the maximum transmission power for the UE based on the direction of communications for the separate cell during the symbol and within the first frequency range, and subsequently transmit the uplink transmission in accordance with the maximum transmission power.

    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a method, performed by a first user equipment (UE), comprises participating in a sidelink (SL) positioning session with a second UE, determining that the SL positioning session should be terminated or suspended, and terminating or suspending the SL positioning session. In some aspects, terminating or suspending the SL positioning session may be performed via communication over a SL channel, via communication over a channel other than the SL channel, or combinations thereof. In some aspects, terminating or suspending the SL positioning session comprises terminating or suspending the SL positioning session via a multicast message, a groupcast message, a broadcast message, or a unicast message.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive encoded data from a network entity. The UE may decode the data in accordance with a size of the circular buffer. The UE, the network entity, or both may determine the size of the circular buffer based on a capability of the UE. In some examples, the size of the circular buffer may be associated with one or more limits for performing the decoding operation, including a limit for a quantity of encoded bits the UE can process during a sliding window. For example, the limits may consider any combination of a quantity of encoded bits or information bits that the UE may write to or write from a memory of the UE. In some cases, the limits may consider multiple bandwidth parts, multiple component carriers, or any combination thereof.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. The described techniques may enable a user equipment (UE) to reuse a same waveform type for both of a first contention-free random access (CFRA) message and an acknowledgement (ACK) message for a random access response (RAR) message from a network entity. The UE may transmit the first CFRA message using a first waveform type and via a first resource with a first resource index, and may retransmit the first waveform type via a second resource with the first resource index in response to receiving the RAR message. In some examples, the UE may not receive the RAR message. In such examples, the UE may not retransmit the waveform. That is, if the network entity does not receive the response to the RAR message, the network entity may interpret the lack of response as a negative acknowledgement (NACK).
