    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first user equipment (UE) may identify a set of interference measurement resources associated with signals received from a second UE. The first UE may perform one or more measurements on one or more signals received from the second UE within the set of interference measurement resources, and determine interference at the second UE associated with sensing signals transmitted by the first UE based on the one or more measurements. The first UE may compare the interference at the second UE to one or more thresholds, each associated with a respective sensing application at the first UE. The first UE may then transmit one or more sensing signals in accordance with respective sets of sensing signal parameters based at least in part on the comparing.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station may identify a set of sensing resources to be used by a first user equipment (UE) for transmission of sensing signals. The base station may receive one or more uplink signals from a second UE, and determine interference at the second UE associated with the sensing signals transmitted by the first UE based at least in part on the set of sensing resources, the one or more uplink signals received from the second UE, or both. The base station may transmit, based at least in part on determination of the interference at the second UE, a configuration message to at least one of the first UE or the second UE. The configuration message may include an indication of a parameter adjustment pertaining to at least one of transmission of the sensing signals by the first UE or downlink reception by the second UE.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, a control message including an indication associated with a configuration for an interference measurement (IM) report in a channel state information (CSI) report. The UE may determine a setting of the configuration for the IM report based on the indication, which may include one or both of a resource setting associated with IM information in a frequency domain or a spatial setting associated with IM information in a spatial domain. The UE may generate the IM report based on one or both of the resource setting or the spatial setting and may transmit the CSI report including the IM report to the base station.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques that may for configuration of parameters for monitoring for a combination downlink control information (DCI) that schedules data and/or reference signal transmissions in multiple cells. An example method generally includes determining, a blind decode (BD) limit and a control channel element (CCE) limit based on a scaling factor less than one, determining physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) parameters based on the BD limit and the CCE limit for monitoring for a combination downlink control information (DCI) that schedules at least one of data or reference signal (RS) transmissions in multiple cells, and monitoring for the combination DCI based on the determined PDCCH parameters.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine a measurement of a wireless signal from a first base station of a network, the measurement comprising one or more of: a Doppler shift of the wireless signal or an angular variation of the wireless signal; determine that a high speed train or tunneling (HSTT) event has occurred based at least in part on the measurement; provide, to the first base station, an indication that the HSTT event has occurred; and receive, from the first base station, configuration information to: configure the UE for a handover to a second base station of the network, configure the UE for beam switching, or cause the UE to change a connection state.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a base station may transmit a slot format indicator (SFI) to a first user equipment (UE) via downlink control information (DCI) and the first UE may use the SFI to determine time-domain resources over which the first UE may measure cross link interference (CLI) arising from a transmission from a second UE. The first UE may use the SFI as an index into a slot format combination table, which may also be used for uplink and downlink scheduling or may be exclusively used for determining the time-domain resources for CLI measurement. The first UE may determine a set of slot formats from a slot format table based on a slot format combination corresponding to the SFI index and may determine over which symbols the first UE may measure CLI based on the set of slot formats.
