    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a notification of a change to multicast broadcast (MB) control information associated with at least one MB service to which the UE is subscribed, the MB control information being included in an MB control channel (MBCCH) scheduled by a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) communication addressed to an MB radio network temporary identifier (MB-RNTI); and monitor one or more resources of the MBCCH to receive updated MB control information based at least in part on receiving the notification of the change to the MB control information. The network node may establish a set of one or more network interface links with a set of one or more distributed units (DUs). The network node may receive a first communication intended for a destination node via the network interface link. The network node may transmit the first communication to a first DU of the set of one or more DUs via a first network interface link of the set of one or more network interface links. The network node may receive a second communication intended for the destination node via the network interface link. The network node may transmit, after transmitting the first communication via the first network interface link, the second communication to a second DU via a second network interface link.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. An access and mobility management function (AMF) proxy may establish communication links with a RAN and a first AMF of a first network operator, and with a second AMF of a second network operator. The AMF proxy may receive a first message from the RAN, the first AMF, or the second AMF, the message indicating a manipulated or unmanipulated AMF user equipment (UE) identifier (ID) and a manipulated or unmanipulated RAN UE ID. The AMF proxy may perform ID manipulation the UE IDs in the first message based on a first mapping between the manipulated and unmanipulated AMF UE ID and a second mapping between the manipulated and unmanipulated RAN UE ID. The AMF proxy may transmit a second message to the first AMF, the second AMF, or the RAN based on the AMF UE ID or the RAN UE ID.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive synchronization signal block (SSB) related measurement configurations exclusively in a system information block (SIB). The UE may receive SSB frequency lists for idle measurements in both a SIB or a radio resource control (RRC) message, such as an RRC release message. In some examples, the UE may receive SSB related measurement configurations or SSB frequency lists for idle measurements in a SIB and an RRC message. Additionally or alternatively, the UE may receive SSB frequency lists in a SIB and an RRC message, while SSB measurement configurations for SSB frequencies out of a sync raster may exclusively be indicated in the RRC message. The UE may therefore experience improved coverage and reliability and, in some examples, may promote low latency for wireless communications relating to multiple radio access technologies, among other benefits.
