Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first vehicle user equipment (VUE) may transmit, to a node, first information associated with a presence of an object in a region of interest based at least in part on a sensing of the region of interest performed by the first VUE. The VUE may receive, from the node, second information associated with the presence of the object in the region of interest based at least in part on a sensing of the region of interest performed by a second VUE. The VUE may determine whether the object is present in the region of interest based at least in part on the first information and the second information. The VUE may perform an action based at least in part on whether the object is present in the region of interest. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration from a base station that indicates whether to use a first channel quality indicator (CQI) table from a first set of CQI tables associated with terrestrial network communications or whether to use a second CQI table from a second set of CQI tables associated with non-terrestrial network communications. The UE may transmit CQI feedback to the base station based at least in part on the configuration. The UE may transmit the CQI feedback using the first CQI table when the configuration indicates that the first CQI table is to be used or may transmit the CQI feedback using the second CQI table when the configuration indicates that the second CQI table is to be used.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices are described for estimating wireless local area network (WLAN) capacity. In accordance with the present disclosure, one or more applications associated with a mobile device may request WLAN capacity estimation in order to maximize the use of available network resources. In some examples, the mobile device may obtain WLAN information from a WLAN modem driver associated with a WLAN modem via an application program interface (API) to calculate the WLAN capacity. The WLAN capacity may include capacity of an access point (AP) associated with the mobile device to support additional users or data over one or more downlink and/or uplink channels. Accordingly, the mobile device may optimize data download or upload times by efficiently managing the available resources.

Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for positioning. A receiver measures a time of arrival (ToA) of a positioning reference signal (PRS) transmission of a first PRS sequence transmitted by a first transmitter, measures a ToA of a PRS transmission of a second PRS sequence transmitted by a second transmitter, and determines an observed time difference of arrival (OTDOA) as a difference between the ToA of the PRS transmission of the first PRS sequence and the ToA of the PRS transmission of the second PRS sequence, wherein the OTDOA is less than half a maximum differential delay expected between the PRS transmission of the first PRS sequence and the PRS transmission of the second PRS sequence, and wherein a repetition duration of the first PRS sequence and the second PRS sequence is greater than 10 milliseconds (ms) and at least twice the maximum differential delay.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus, and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for adapting a radar transmission based on a congestion level. A wireless device, such as a radar device, a UE, a base station, a vehicle, etc., may detect a congestion level of a wireless communication environment that includes the wireless device. The wireless device may have at least one of a first FOV or a first range within the wireless communication environment. The wireless device may transmit, based on the congestion level exceeding a threshold, a radar signal that corresponds to the wireless device having at least one of a second FOV or a second range in the wireless communication environment that is smaller than the at least one of the first FOV or the first range.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication and radar detection. In some aspects, a radar device may perform, at an initial listen before talk (LBT) frame boundary associated with an initial LBT frame of a plurality of LBT frames, an initial LBT procedure, wherein the initial LBT frame has a frame length that is larger than a propagation delay associated with a maximum detectable range associated with the radar device; and transmit a radar signal based at least in part on a successful result of the initial LBT procedure or an additional LBT procedure. Numerous other aspects are provided.
