摘要: A test device includes a thermostatic tank, a heater, a rotary sample stage, a black panel thermometer, a light source, an in-tank thermometer, a sprayer, and a controller. The sprayer sprays water to samples placed on sample placement units of the rotary sample stage and the black panel thermometer. Mist droplets of mist sprayed by the sprayer are set in a range in which a decrease in temperature of the samples and the black panel thermometer irradiated with light is suppressed by spraying to the samples and the black panel thermometer.

摘要: A structure is made of a metal such as a steel material and is buried in the ground. A first wiring is connected to the structure. A second wiring is connected to an electrode. A switch turns on and off a conduction state between the first wiring and the second wiring. In a state where the switch is turned on, the electrode is in a higher potential state as compared to the structure. The electrode can be made of a metal having an ionization tendency lower than that of the metal included in the structure.

摘要: A corrosion rate estimation device for estimating a corrosion rate of a metal disposed in a predetermined environment includes an input unit that inputs water component information including information such as water content (time), temperature, conductivity, soil type, and the like, a corrosion rate estimation model configured to receive the water component information related to a water component contained in the predetermined environment as an input, and estimate the corrosion rate of the metal disposed in the predetermined environment from the water component information, and an output unit that outputs the estimated corrosion rate of the metal to the outside. The corrosion rate estimation model is generated using, for example, a machine learning algorithm such as a random forest, a neural network, or RNN (LSTM).

摘要: A structure member includes a base formed of metal and a repair layer built in the base. The repair layer includes a plurality of capsules dispersed on the same plane, and a liquid repairing agent is enclosed in the capsules. The repair layer is disposed substantially parallel to a surface on which the structure member is exposed to the outside air. In addition, the repair layer can be disposed at a depth X set from a surface on which the structure member is initially exposed to the outside air. The capsule is formed of a material that breaks when exposed from the base.

摘要: A coating film evaluation structure includes a laminate including a first sheet, a second sheet, and a third sheet which are laminated. The second sheet is disposed on the first sheet, and the third sheet is disposed on the second sheet. In the laminate, the area of each sheet gradually reduces in the lamination direction, and a stepped portion is provided at an end portion. The coating film to be evaluated and the plurality of sheets have different colors. The coating film evaluation structure includes a coating film layer formed on the sheet having the largest area among the plurality of sheets so as to cover the other sheets and having a flat surface.
