    Abstract: A method for transmitting an uplink signal is discussed. The method performed by a narrowband-internet of things (NB-IoT) device includes determining a time resource unit based on an uplink subcarrier spacing for transmitting the uplink signal; and transmitting the uplink signal on the time resource unit to a base station. Further, the time resource unit includes one or more slots including a plurality of symbols, based on the uplink subcarrier spacing, a predetermined time period in the one or more slots is not used for the transmission of the uplink signal, and the uplink carrier spacing includes 3.75 kHz.

    Abstract: The transmission apparatus maps a plurality of code blocks obtained from data to a time-frequency resource, and transmits the plurality of code blocks therefrom. The time-frequency resource comprises L number of time symbols in the time domain, where L is an integer greater than 1. Each of the L number of time symbols comprises one or more different code blocks from among the plurality of code blocks. The plurality of code blocks is mapped in the time-frequency resource so that one complete code block is one time symbol.

    Abstract: A method and a device for performing a random access in a wireless communication system are provided. Specifically, a wireless resource for transmitting a first random access request is selected, and the first random access request is transmitted through the wireless resource. The first random access request includes a transmission period of the first random access request, the frequency of retransmission, and an allowable error of the transmission period. Uplink resource allocation information is received in response to the first random access request. The uplink resource allocation information includes information on an indicator bit and a wireless resource shift. When the indicator bit is a preset value, a second random access request is transmitted through a wireless resource shifted from the wireless resource.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. In detail, the invention relates to a method for a terminal to transmit a UCI in a carrier aggregation-based wireless communication system, and to an apparatus therefor, wherein the method involves the steps of: forming a first cell group having a PCell; forming a second cell group having one or more SCells; receiving one or more data in the second cell group; and transmitting HARQ-ACK information on the one or more data through a PUCCH, wherein, when the first and second cell groups are managed by an identical base station, the HARQ-ACK information is transmitted in the PCell, and, when the first and second cell groups are managed by different base stations, the HARQ-ACK information is transmitted in the second cell group.
