Abstract: A shoe treating apparatus including a shelf part including at least one shelf, a motor part configured to control tilting of the at least one shelf, a sensor part including at least one sensor, and a processor electrically connected to the motor part and the sensor part is provided. The processor may identify an approach of a user by using the at least one sensor, and, based on the identified user approach, generate a control signal for adjusting a tilt angle of the at least one shelf to adjust the tilting of the at least one shelf. A method of operating a shoe treating apparatus is also provided.

Abstract: A shoe treating apparatus includes an upper cabinet, a lower cabinet disposed below the upper cabinet, an electronic component part disposed below the lower cabinet, a sensor part, and a processor electrically connected to the electronic component part and the sensor part. The processor may identify at least one of a material, a type, and a condition of at least one shoe in the upper cabinet, and based on the identification, perform normal treatment on the at least one shoe in the upper cabinet through the electronic component part. The processor may identify at least one of a material, a type, and a condition of at least one shoe in the lower cabinet, and based on the identification, perform intensive treatment on the at least one shoe in the lower cabinet through the electronic component part. A method of operating the shoe treating apparatus is also provided.

The processor may, based on detecting a shoe in the storage space, rotate the rotatable duct part toward the interior of the detected shoe and may control treatment on the detected shoe through the rotatable duct part after the rotatable duct part is rotated toward the interior of the detected shoe. Abstract: An air management device may include three independently operated primary impellers 131, 131′, 131″, and drawn-in air is discharged through discharge ports 15′-1, 15′-2, 15′-3 provided in the front plate 15 of the housing 10. Louvers 141, 142, 143 installed downstream of the air flow and discharge ports 15′-1, 15′-2, 15′-3 may be independently opened or closed to provide discharge of the air to the surrounding environment. Further, at least one retractable or pop-up fan may be provided. The air management allows customization of air flow. The housing 10 of the furniture-type air management device may be installed on the floor of the livable space and may have a hexahedron shape that extends from side to side. A bottom inlet 11′ may be formed on the bottom plate 11 of the housing 10 facing the floor of the living space above a predetermined distance. The replaceable filter 300 may be installed to filter the air sucked through the bottom inlet 11′, and may be drawn in and out of the housing 10. A plurality of passage openings 302 may be formed in a filter frame 301, and filters 320, 330, and 340 are stacked over the passage openings 302.
