Abstract:
An application server (100) includes: receiving means (101) for receiving a request for a media object from a user equipment; verification means (102) for verifying the authenticity of the received request; first generation means (103) for generating a session key that is associated with an existing session if the authenticity of the request is successfully verified; first sending means (104) for sending the session key to a media server so that said media server encrypts the requested media object with the session key and sends the encrypted media object toward the user equipment; second generation means (105) for generating a one-time player in which the session key is embedded; and second sending means (106) for sending the one-time player to the user equipment, which enables said user equipment to decrypt and decode the encrypted media object that is sent from the media server.
Abstract:
A mobile communications device comprising a gateway is provided. The device enables an automated discovery of a vehicle environment is enabled. Hereby context information relating to the vehicle environment can be automatically communicated to the service backend. Also context information from the service backend can be provided to the vehicle environment all utilizing SIP Presence technologies. The invention can in accordance with one embodiment be implemented in an IMS system. In accordance with one embodiment a communications device comprising gateway can be provided in the form of a mobile communications device, such as a mobile telephone. The gateway can for example be an IMS gateway.
Abstract:
A method and system allow applying policies to service requests for information or a session, which are created by communications devices and are intended to be sent to service providers over a network. The policies govern the extent to which details about the communications devices sending the requests are released or revealed to that service provider. After amount of capabilities corresponding to the extent allowed by the polity is determined and provided in the service request, the service request is sent over the network to the service provider. Policy based disclosure of communications device capabilities information may be applied in local network embodiments, such as a home or small office network including local sever and residential gateway functions.
Abstract:
Systems and methods according to the present invention address this need and others by providing methods and systems for translating media encrypted by various Digital Rights Management (DRM) techniques. This allows end user equipment to receive media in an IMS/IPTV environment when the end user equipment uses a DRM that is different from the media server which is providing the desired media in both unicast and multicast applications.
Abstract:
In the first embodiment, the mobile phone 20 obtains the PCID from the CCE 10, and sends the PCID and the IMSI of the USIM of the mobile phone 20 to the CAPS 50. The MCC+MNC part of the IMSI is later used as the operator identification information by the mediation server 30, which is operated by the RO, in order to identify the SHO for the CCE 10. The MSIN part of the IMSI is later used as the user identification information by the account managing server 40, which is operated by the SHO, in order to identify the user of the mobile phone 20. The mediation server 30 forwards the account request from the CCE 10 to the account managing server 40 of the SHO identified by the operator identification information. The account managing server 40 generates the MCIM that is associated with the user identified by the user identification information.
Abstract:
Process for operating a high temperature fuel cell stack by the steps of: connecting the fuel cell stack in parallel to a power supply unit at a predefined temperature and/or voltage of the fuel cell stack, applying a voltage from the power supply unit of between 700 to 1500 mV per fuel cell across the fuel cell stack irrespective of the electro-motive force of the fuel cell stack, heating up the fuel cell stack from the predefined temperature to operation temperature while maintaining the voltage per fuel cell the power supply unit, maintaining the fuel cell stack at or above a predetermined operation temperature and/or above a predetermined voltage until the fuel cell stack is to be put into operation, supplying fuel to the fuel cell stack, and disconnecting the power supply unit followed by connecting a power-requiring load to the fuel cell stack.
Abstract:
An alternative access point for M2ME's is provided by introducing an extended M2ME, a M2ME/Femto, which is able to operate as a Femto cell in addition to operating as an M2ME is provided. The M2ME/Femto is configured to recognize a connectivity disruption in a conventional wireless connection to a home operator and to respond to such a disruption by providing for an alternative, fixed connection between the M2ME/Femto and the home operator. A M2ME configured to access the M2ME/Femto when required due to a connectivity disruption and a node of a home operator configured to set up an alternative fixed connection between the M2ME/Femto and the node when required due to a connectivity disruption at the wireless connection is also provided.
Abstract:
The present invention generally relates to a gateway, a method for controlling the gateway, an application server, and a method for controlling the application server. The present invention particularly relates, but is not limited to, a technology that facilitates the formation of a single network from a plurality of local networks.
Abstract:
A method executed by a computer system for generating a high level inferred conclusion from raw data collected from a plurality of data sources by application of an ontology reasoning system, the method comprising the steps of determining availability of intermediate results received from a plurality of shallow reasoners, the intermediate results generated by the plurality of shallow reasoners based on the plurality of data sources; propagating the intermediate results to nodes of an ontology graph; executing incremental ontology reasoning over the ontology graph to generate inferred conclusions; and persisting inferred conclusions in an ontology database.
Abstract:
A method, system and computer program in a software framework for enabling controlled communication between a generic application on the software framework and a service application in a second environment. An access request is transmitted by the generic application to an interface provision unit. The request includes an identity of the generic application. An instant interface is provided by the interface provision unit to the second environment. The instant interface is determined by the access request and dedicated for the generic application. A response is returned by the interface provision unit to the generic application including an address to the instant interface. Thereby the instant interface permits controlled communication between the generic application and the service application, thus enabling the new controlled communication without changes of the second environment.
